When a Song Becomes a Feeling
Sometimes a song doesn’t just reach your ears. It reaches something much deeper. The first time I heard You Say, I didn’t want to explain it. I wanted to feel it. So I created this short cinematic interpretation… not as a music video, but as an exploration of what happens when we stop listening to the loudest story in our heads and become curious about something quieter. I’d love to know what you felt while watching it. Not what you thought. What did you feel? 💛

WHAT IS SEXUAL SOVEREIGNTY
I wanted to post this upcoming video by Carl Jung on Sexual Sovereignty. And without offending others it would be great if each person took the time to watch this clear and deep understanding of what Sacred means. Not pleasure not lets do it again but to truly understand our own sovereignty and why sex and how sex can be used by all of us as a means of growth, not addiction, not using it as an escape, and definitely not using it to harm anyone we may engage with. And surely we can discuss what Jung was talking about with respect to SEXUAL SOVEREIGNTY. In the video he is very clear about what is SEXUAL FASTING and how we can use it to heal ourselves as long as we do not spill the seed. Enjoy, embrace the in-depth look at what Carl Jung has to share with us. This video changed my way of looking at sexuality. https://youtu.be/UeYR9W_y81c?si=j_tQWx5u1HKfb8YI

Thank you for sharing this really valuable video that shows some of the concepts passed down by Carl Jung. It's actually spurring me and reminding me to make my own video around this topic. Sexual sovereignty is really what is being taught in this community… The first step is really becoming aware that we actually have erotic/Eros/creative energy. It is what drives everything in our lives and in human nature. The next step is to accept it and learn how to actually feel it. From there, we can learn how to interpret all of that information and energy that's coming through us and finally… which is actual sexual sovereignty… is knowing how to direct that energy towards life sustaining and life giving aims. "Know it - Own it - Live it" Carl Jung definitely had some deep thoughts and insights around human nature and the way we interpret what's going on around us. I have mostly enjoyed his work and the many many interpretations of it that I've influenced everything from feminism, to the human potential movement, to just about everything in the healing arts industry as we know it. This video is definitely some very carefully crafted wording, based on his work. I sometimes really worry that people's interpretations become biased towards Puritanism and through that become kind of weaponized. Somatic Pleasure, just like sexual sovereignty, is not only or necessarily about having sex, although it also does include that as a very valuable and valid and important part of our humanity.
I feel your smell 💥❤️‍🔥❤️🫵🏼🙏🩷
Smell is one of the earliest senses developed in human evolution and taps right into the limbic system and excites us on a level beyond our understanding. We literally can feel a smell much like we can taste the color. This was some random thing that was sent to me and I just wanted to share it with you and have you remember and pay attention to the smell smells around you. Pay attention to the smells of the ones you love as much as to the smell of those that maybe you don’t love so much. Smell is constantly playing a song on your brain 🧠 on your nervous system, and plucking at the strings of your heart and your deepest primal urge 🦍
I feel your smell 💥❤️‍🔥❤️🫵🏼🙏🩷

@Michelle Aurets I absolutely have this experience. Often times it's smelling something like the desert after a rain storm or Bacon cooking. Yes definitely smells can take us back to joyous moments in our lives and remind us of things that are just barely on the periphery of our memory. It's a very powerful sense.

💃🏽‼️💥 What would change if partnership—not domination—became the default⁉
What does partnership culture ask of us now? Many of us already value nurturance, collaboration, listening, and feminine wisdom - and we know that these are not second class strengths. We know the world does not need more domination dressed up as leadership. But honoring the feminine has to mean more than liking softness, intuition, or pretty words about balance. It means honoring women as equals, leaders, wisdom keepers, creators, protectors, and full participants in shaping the world. It also means asking where we still avoid conflict to keep the peace, give away our voice, dismiss strength, or repeat old power dynamics without noticing. A more balanced culture needs all of us: strong enough to listen, clear enough to speak, and mature enough to share power. Where can you honor the feminine more fully—in yourself, in women, and in the way you lead?

@Eric Stromberger So good to see you here and to have you express your wisdom and joy here. Thank you for being so totally supportive and in my life and showing what it's like to live with Grace and vulnerability. The idea of partnership over domination is such a great vision of how we may have used to be and how we very well could be. We have all the technology we have all the history. We have all the knowledge to actually create a much more egalitarian world. One big component is being able to sit down and actually listen to each other.

@Eric Stromberger Damn… I love that you pick up on all of that stuff and then integrated into your life. I mean, you already have so many great qualities and practices and but you're always looking to take it to the next level. You're inspiring.
