🔥 Monday Inspiration 03/23 🔥 Who are you in these situations?
WHO'S READY FOR THE WEEK? 😎 Had a coaching call this past Saturday with @Celeste Ruiz and asked a simple question: “What’s one win from last week?” She told me about a moment where everything could’ve gone wrong. Checkout page stopped working, team stressed, CEO STRESSED (not fun lol), pressure to the roof. And in moments like that… most people react. But she didn’t. She said something that really stood out to me: “I just stayed calm and focused on fixing it.” That’s it. No perfect plan, no overthinking, no panic. Just calm under pressure and solution-focused. That’s LEADERSHIP! And what makes it even better… this isn’t even “her role.” She’s in marketing but has stepped into website development, problem-solving, supporting the team, and doing whatever's needed. That’s ownership. That’s leadership. And it connects directly to what we’ve been talking about in the Communication series. How you show up internally always shows up in how you communicate externally. On my end, I’m in a different type of situation right now. I need to have a real conversation with someone on the team. Lateness, inconsistency, performance not where it needs to be. And if I’m being honest… those are not the easiest conversations to have. But they matter. Because avoiding it doesn’t help them, and it definitely doesn’t help the team. What I keep reminding myself is this: connection before correction. There’s been a connection; now it’s time to correct. We’ve got standards to follow. At the same time, we just brought in a new operations manager, and you can feel the difference right away. Super energetic, wants to do better not just for himself but for everyone. And I’m bringing someone new into my department this week, too. Which is exciting, because every person you bring in and every standard you reinforce starts shaping the culture. Real leadership isn’t when everything is smooth. It’s when things break, when people fall short, when conversations get uncomfortable. That’s where it actually shows up.

@Matthias Schweiker thank you for sharing!! . “As there aren’t (m)any others to fix it, it’s on me to do so. Usually I‘m very responsible and helpful.” This is the best thing can ever happen. I’m in the same situation where If I don’t fix things nobody else will. It forces people to grow, take action and develop a strong mindset. Great job putting yourself in situations like that! That’s amazing! 🤩💪💪

@Bruno Militz thanks for the shout out! I have the best coach so that make sense! 💪😊🔥🔥 ﹥When things go wrong, who are you? Problem solver. I look at situations like this taking full accountability and thinking to myself “Challenge Accepted” I like the rush and the adrenaline of fixing things specially when there’s pressure in between. But that wasn’t always the case. I used to either overthink, stress out, paralyzed to finally come up with a solution. Took time and effort to rewired my brain to think and act differently. ﹥Have you been in a situation recently where everything was going wrong, and you had to be the calm one in the room? Yesss! A couple. I look at it from this angle. challenge = opportunity to grow. ﹥And on the flip side, where in your life right now do you feel your emotions or reactions still get the best of you? In moments like this. I perform better under pressure. If everything is going great a become a bit unproductive 😅 I’m working on it and most importantly not being afraid of confrontation. Yesterday I lost my attitude over something I could’ve avoid by just having a hard convo. Every day is a new lesson 😎
Happy birthday Bruno!!!!!!!
Been gone for a little bit guys. Not due to bad things happening or laziness but actually good things. Little bit of traveling, little bit of self awareness, some self work and of course actual work. But wanted to take the time to wish Bruno a very happy birthday. And thank you for bringing us all together to learn from each other. As I say with my office and others around me your network is your net worth. And with the amount of knowledge in so many different areas and perspectives on all these different topic my net worth have multiplied. So again thank you Bruno for creating this group and forum. And I hope I’ll have a day filled with love, joy, happiness and excitement.

100 MEMBERS!!
Last time I spoke with @Bruno Militz about goal setting, he said that he had somewhat of a goal to reach 100 members before March 31st And even though it wasn't his main priority to grow his community, he still achieved his goal! Congratulations and I'm glad to be a part of it :)

🎥 Communication & Difficult Conversations Series 1/10
I know we've been waiting for this for soooooooooooo long, so here we go 😎 Quick note before we start, these videos are simple, no crazy edits or anything like that. So I created a cheat sheet for you to follow along (attached below). It has the main points, a quick summary of the lesson, and space for you to take notes as you go. Video 1 of 10 — Internal Dialogue Let’s start somewhere most people ignore. Before communication with others… there’s communication with yourself. And this is where most problems actually begin. You might recognize this: • You stay quiet even when you have something to say • You overthink what you want to say • You delay conversations you know you should have • You replay situations in your head over and over By the time the conversation happens, your confidence, tone, and energy are already affected. That’s the real problem. It’s not the conversation… It’s the story you're telling yourself before it. In this video, we break that down. We talk about how your internal dialogue shapes everything, and how small shifts can completely change how you show up. Better communication doesn’t start when you speak. It starts with how you think. If you apply this, you’ll start to: • feel clearer going into conversations • stop overthinking as much • show up with more confidence • handle situations more intentionally 💬 Reflection when going into the next conversation, meeting, presentation... What outcome do I want? What story am I telling myself right now? How do I want to handle/communicate this? Think about a conversation you could have this week. What will you do differently based on what you learned here? Share your thoughts in the comments if you'd like.

Amazinggg video! Managing conversations can be hard but it’s harder to not have them and then face the consequences. It makes a massive difference pausing to think ahead of the conversation and asking yourself those 3 questions. What outcome do I want? What story am I telling myself right now? How do I want to handle/communicate this? What a great advice 💪🔥🔥🔥🔥
🔥 Community Call Replay: Mindset, Manifestation & Setting C Goals
What a powerful call with Adam Avenus. We had a super informative 45-minute session diving into mindset, manifestation, and how our self-image shapes the results we create in life and business. One of the biggest themes was learning how to think bigger by setting “C Goals”, goals that require us to become a different version of ourselves, not just work harder. If you missed the call live, I highly encourage you to watch the replay when you have some time. After watching, let us know: • What was your biggest takeaway? • What C Goal are you thinking about setting for yourself? Let’s keep the conversation going. 😎🔥 Have a great weekend, everyone.

Reconditioning your mind to believe you can do it is absolutely everything. What a call! I actually relate a lot to this concept because I did that a couple years ago and looking back was the BEST thing I could’ve ever done for myself. Thanks for the replay @Bruno Militz!!
