Why reels are so important
Here’s a month over month comparison that shows just how radically important reels are to your social media growth strategy. Mid Oct to mid Nov ➡️ very little focus on reels Mid Nov to mid Dec ➡️ DAILY focus on reels What’s important to pay attention to? 1️⃣ Views: 36k vs 63k 2️⃣ Accounts Reached: 5.9k vs 21.5K 3️⃣ % of Non-Followers: 21% vs 52% WHY does this matter? Because you need reach into non-follower accounts to grow YOUR followers. My goal? 75% non-follower reach in the new year. That means more reels. More trending content in MY voice, telling my story. Are these numbers compelling enough for you to double down on reels, too? 👇👇

@Ally Mona just for clarification. I need it to make sense in my brain😊. So the goal is to have more views/engagement from non-followers? When you say "reach into non-follower accounts to grow YOUR followers", are you saying that we need to engage on their reels/posts and/or follow them? It's clear that more consistent posting of reels increases the number of views. Is it correct to say, that the higher percentage of non-followers the more opportunity of converting them to followers? Thanks!
I want your input before I build our 2026 event calendar…
As we head into a new year, I want to pause and name something important. Learning how to use social media strategically is no longer optional if you want a business that grows with consistency, integrity, and longevity. This isn’t about trends. Or dancing. Or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about learning how to clearly communicate what you do, who you help, and why it matters — in a digital world that’s not slowing down. Social media is a skill set. And like any skill, when you learn it well, it compounds. It gives you: • More influence without more hours • More clarity instead of constant second-guessing • More confidence showing up as yourself • More professional growth — even if you never plan to be an “online personality” That’s why I’m already mapping out trainings, events, and deep-dive workshops for the new year. But before I decide what we focus on… I want to hear from you. 👇 Tell me in the comments: 1️⃣ What topics do you most want to learn or go deeper on next year? 2️⃣ Are there specific events or trainings you’d love me to host? If I don’t have the expertise, I’ll find the expert ❤️ 3️⃣ What feels confusing, heavy, or unfinished for you right now when it comes to social media or your business? Nothing is too basic. Nothing is “behind.” Your answers will directly shape what I build for this community. I want to teach what actually helps you move forward. One clear next step at a time. I’m listening. Drop it below 💛

Your Student Journey Roadmap is READY!
This is something I've been wanting to build for you FOREVER... and it's finally here. When you first get into the community, I know it can feel pretty overwhelming. There's a lot to learn before you launch your business on Social Media, and this community is chocked full of resources to help you get there. BUT, a confused mind can't move... so I've simplified it for you. There's a new course in the Classroom called the Student Journey Roadmap. This is a way you can check off each of the 5 Core Assets as you create them -- regardless of the launch course you've chosen as your roadmap. I'd LOVE your feedback on this. Is it clear enough to keep you progressing forward each and every week?

The concept of this makes so much sense now I just need to go through it and do each section so I can have a clearer understanding of how to implement each part

The Event Blueprint was amazing! I learned so much and have watched the recording twice. Learning how to add value to the offer was a teachable moment for me. I've tried it before but you made it so clear as to what that should look like. My"ah-ha" moment was definitely the reverse engineering. It made so much sense during your discussion. In my educator professional development trainings, Stephen Covey's "begin with the end in mind" is always referenced and yet I never thought to apply it to my business. I believe that concept will be a game changer for me. Also, I realized that I'm probably over educating when I do get someone to attend my event. That's something I have to work on and reverse engineering should help. Ally, I love how you simplify your trainings and make sure everyone understands. You're very patient with your clients and teach for total understanding. This is rare and why I've stopped following other trainers. I always feel that I can accomplish everything you teach. I just need to find time in my busy schedule; that's my hangup. I come in contact with so many people with limited benefits, specifically money hang-ups and I believe the strategies we learned will address these issues and result in more successful outcomes. Thank you so much!
Something Amazing Happened
Gotta tell a bit of a story. I woke up Saturday night (3am) and had an idea for a post. I got up and grabbed my phone and told Chat gpt what was on my brain. You guys, I edited it when I got up, no I didn’t stay up at 3 😂 and found a recent just plain picture, no make up. Just me I have had lots of great comments and some people have followed me. This has never happened. I’m grateful and suddenly so overwhelmed. This work has been pivotal in me learning what to do and how to do it I’m so incredibly grateful for Ally Mona. I’m so glad I stepped into my fear on sooo many levels. I’ve been frustrated, I’ve cried, I’ve froze and now I feel like I can REALLY REALLY DO THIS!! Just had to share

That's amazing 👏. That's so inspiring to me. "Just do it" even if you feel afraid or feel it has to be perfect. Thanks for sharing 🥰
