So I canceled my gym membership to LVAC around July last year to sign up the planet fitness. I didn’t know this until now when I just signed up for LVAC gym again on Sunday… I didn’t realize how much some of ithe resistance to working out was the fact that I did not like the gym/environment at planet fitness. Where as the last two days I have been excited to come to this gym again. I’ve been excited to spend time here. Vs always dreading going to the other.
