Voyager has come out to play
She’s helping me with tubes for the fire blanket. I want to use different size machines to see the differences in how the yarn pattern.

What’s Coming Next Week & A Little Behind The Scenes 💕)
I want to share a bit of the real process with you today. Over the last little while, I’ve been practicing, testing, and designing our Colour Work course, and I’m excited to say it will be released next week 🎉The project we’ll be working on together is a Valentine’s Day scarf, like the one you see here. But I also want you to know something important… I don’t get everything right the first time. (See the pictures below.) I have to learn new skills. I drop stitches. I misread charts. I choose the wrong yarn. I get frustrated. Just like you. The difference is—you usually only see the finished project. What you don’t see are the mistakes, the do-overs, and the “well… that didn’t work” moments that happen before it ever looks good. That’s exactly why I create these courses. I do the experimenting, the trial-and-error, and the problem-solving first, so when you sit down to learn, you can: • Start with a method that works • Avoid common mistakes • Understand why things happen • And build confidence faster This Colour Work course is being built step by step with that same heart: 👉 learning together 👉 simplifying what feels complicated 👉 and proving that you can do this—even when it feels tricky at first More details coming soon, but for now, just know this: If you’ve ever thought “She makes it look easy, but I struggle…” — you’re not alone. I struggle too you just don't always get to see it and quitting is not an option. And I can’t wait to teach you this next skill 💖

We are all only human and we all make mistakes! That’s how we learn and we have a great teacher in you @Kim Thompson-Pinder . I can just see you in my minds eye shouting and throwing yarn across the room in frustration! 😁 but you get there in the end because that’s what you do! Way to go Kim! You are awesome… and I love the hearts and yes… I can see it but it doesn’t matter! We will get it right next time!!

Finish line
Finished and survived tho border but I fear 😨 I may have followed the instructions incorrectly as the outer edge is somewhat frilly, I do not mind as this is an improvement in my new skills 😀
