While knitting your brain starts producing dopamine. Dopamine is the pleasure neuro-transmitter. When this is released in the brain it helps knock out those downer day blues

Just finished Lorie's Starburst pattern. It’s reversible, so it’s basically a 2for1 for my chaotic lifestyle. Cute pattern for when I’m feeling fancy, cream vibes for when I’m just trying to make it to Friday. ​Brb, going to go flip this hat back and forth until someone notices. 😆😀

I wound some yarn this evening into a cake so I can knit more hats for charity. This ball is Pound of Love-black and is wound on the LAMXD ball winder. I wound 178 g and then stopped. I could have wound more, up to 200g maybe. The tension was very even winding and I found 2 knots as well. Next step is to knit some hats.

I think it is cute, but the pattern seems to be lost in the yarn somehow. Maybe if I hadn’t put the foam stabilizer in the flap? I don’t have a strap for it yet, but I plan to make one soon.
