I’ve been having a play

This yarn is gorgeous, but it was being difficult. It felt a little too stiff and was definitely not playing nice with my Addi. So... I literally grabbed my double boiler pasta pot and steamed the whole skein for a few minutes (rotating it like a rotisserie chicken, obviously). It was a Absolute game changer! It went from "hard and crunchy" to soft it was sliding through the machine like butter. No clicking, no dropped stitches. If your yarn is giving you attitude, I highly recommend the pasta pot method. 10/10 would steam again. Yarn.... Loops & Threads Soft Classic Multi Ombre Color Fiesta 💃
