Check out The ULTIMATE Content Creator Setup Tour 🚀
Alrighty guys, we just filmed and launched the new setup tour for my business. This is productivity 101, covering everything you need to film content, record videos, script videos - you name it. Watch it here (only 4 minutes): https://youtu.be/i5Ofghoh0Ug Also, I've added all of my accessories that I use here: #My Setup Tour In the comments on this post, share the following with the community: 1. A picture of your setup (what you want to improve with it). 2. Any recommendations you have for others in a productivity setup? Cheers guys and happy Sunday! Alex

Power of Personal Brand
From 0 to Community: My Skool Journey 🚀 When I first joined Skool back in October, I honestly didn’t pay much attention to the “community” side of things. I was just using it because some vendors and coaching programs I worked with were here. But something clicked: What if I built one myself? It took me 10 months of building my personal brand before I ever saw traction, but once the foundation was there, the community really started to grow in just 2 months. Here’s what worked for me (and it’s simpler than most people think): 1. Post about your community consistently - I shared updates on LinkedIn for 2 months straight. Nothing fancy, just consistent visibility. 2. Run a friendly competition inside your community - I encouraged members to invite others before switching over to a paid model. That simple challenge created momentum. That’s it. Two simple moves. Last week, I even experimented with Facebook ads at $10/day to see if it would help. Honestly? Didn’t see much come from it. But that’s the beauty of testing - you try, you learn, you adjust. 👉 The takeaway: You don’t need big budgets, complicated funnels, or secret hacks. Growth comes from showing up, sharing your vision, and creating a space people actually want to be part of. If you’re just starting, don’t be discouraged by slow beginnings. Remember — the seeds you plant today will be the shade you sit under tomorrow. 🌱 Keep building. Keep showing up. Your community will come. 💪

Posting daily won’t build your brand. Trust will.
The brutal truth: Posting daily won’t build your brand. Trust will. I’ve seen people show up every single day. Posting carousels. Writing long posts. Sharing random thoughts. And yet… nothing happens. No growth. No leads. No trust. Because consistency without trust is noise. People don’t follow you because you post daily. They follow you because your words feel real. They stay because your content actually helps. They buy because they trust you. Posting is easy. Building trust? That’s the hard part. And this is the secret: 👉 Trust is built when your content solves problems, not just fills feeds. 👉 Trust is built when you show up as a human, not a highlight reel. 👉 Trust is built when people feel safe enough to believe you. So yes, post consistently. But if your content isn’t building trust, it’s just noise in the scroll. P.S. Stop chasing the algorithm. Start earning trust. That’s the only brand strategy that never dies.

@Mishit Vora in my experience I started with 3 posts per week for about 2 months. Then I was impatient so tried out every day. Then I was addicted and posted twice per day. Usually at least a 4 hour gap or 8 hours. Now I’m back down to 1 per day and adding second one only if thought of something interesting to share.

@Mishit Vora if you haven’t been consistent. I’d say shoot for 1 per day first. Batch write and schedule them.
Learning
Looking forward to learning from you guys. I’m looking forward to making this my primary platform. I live in Charlotte NC. I own a Staffing company and a People Development company. I plan to consolidate my communities onto this platform.

SKOOL is a fun platform. You can also build e-mail list kinda by requiring e-mail address to join.
My engagement strategy that drives 200+ followers/day 👇🏻
If you do anything product today, make it this. An engagement strategy that drives 200+ people to your profile literally every single day. And it all happens because of engaging with other posts you find on LinkedIn. Here's exactly how I do it: 1. I use Supergrow (connect your LinkedIn account) 2. Go to the "Engage" tab. 3. Add 25-50 creators who target your ICP (and post daily content). 4. Set the pending posts to "Today Only". Then manually refresh posts. 5. Apply the "Auto-Like" setting and reply to their posts. 6. Do this every day right after you post on LinkedIn. 7. Your comments should NOT be written with AI or ChatGPT. If you do, this is pointless. I attached images to this thread so you can see how I do it. This is helping me and my clients grow from 50-200+ followers every day, get tons of new profile views, connections, and even clients (landed a new $6,000/mo client last week from this). 👇🏻 In the comments of this post, answer these two questions: 1. Are you already doing daily engagement on LinkedIn? If so, explain your process. 2. How many followers/profile views are you getting / day? Is it increasing? Respond to other members' answers. Give your advice, best recs, etc. Happy to help, Alex
