One step today - Tomorrows another - But today we stack one in the "W" Column

As I come up on a year in my therapy program I am in and as I am getting ready to take the next steps to new doctors cause this program is ending I was asked to think of what does true health and what does true wealth mean to me. And while it is really hard to put into words, I was able to use chatgpt to formulate a picture that for me answers those 2 questions

Theres def been a lot going on lately and its tough to figure it all out. Not everyday is going to be a win. And not everyday has to be. But there are also days when you are so locked in losing isnt an option. And in that time if you look deep enough and take a second you will realize those days that you are so locked in are days where you believe you dont just think Those are the days we look for. Those are the days we have to stack upon. Yes stack the small wins, they make huge progress but when you can stack a day of I believe vs I think - You are stacking the holy grail of wins - Because believing in yourself is the #1 part of all this - You can not truly transform until you truly believe

Prioritizing yourself 1. Set clear boundaries. 2. Schedule regular me-time. 3. Protect your physical foundation.

This was an 8-week course followed up with a two-part test. Glad to be done with this one. Now to utilize this and find the next class. What are you currently learning about?
