I am not going to "run" this event but I will be doing the ruck. Maybe next year I can do the Pump and Run....or just the run. I HAVE to carry 30....but as I train with 45 that's what I'm going to do. https://arnold5k.com/

@Ely Rivera totally want to be strong enough to do the Pump and Run next year. I have to bench 163 ish....for every rep you get 5 seconds off of your run time. I'm not there yet....one rep max is around 130 ish. The ruck part though is just that ..a ruck. I'm sure some MAY run it but I'm there more for supporting my rucking group that rucks every weekend. You have to carry at least 30 and I'll probably have my 45 in my rucker 4. Going to pick the bib up this afternoon. After the ruck on Sunday I'll drop the ruck off at the car and then walk around the expo a bit.
