TTD both income and longer-term
Mar 21 $75 covered call offers some 4% premium. Got one lot to start. Shares are at a support area. Got 10 to build a position over time. Will be adding slowly.

The drop was very frustrating. However, it shows signs of life, IV is still decent for a 55/50 all the way down to 54/49 bull put spreads. I did both. and may add next week.

Took a loss on the spreads. Strating new positions.
Cleveland-cliffs (CLF)
Can Lourenco pull it yet again? CLF wanted US Steel (X), but they rejected the bid and went with Japanese Nippon. Biden killed the deal. In the meantime, Lourenco purchased Canadian Stelco. If US finds itself in a recession, we may see CLF back at $2.5, otherwise it may bottom at this level. Remains to be seen. I am willing to DCA at key levels.

I posted back in Jan that I started accumulating CLF. It was $9.5 back then and I kept buying on every drop all the way down to $6. I keep some shares, and I've been selling calls against most. I was assigned last Friday on all strikes $10 and below on all my accounts. My next target is $13-14. Premium is still very attractive: 4%+ ATM. I'll be doing covered calls starting this Monday with strikes from $10 (2% a month) all the way up to $14.

ORCL up post earnings, 15.9k profit
ORCL crushed earnings. Stock is up 22%. Based on our previous earnings thread, this is what I did - Sold 14% OTM puts (and then bought cheap 3 cents puts just to cover for any margin call if stock crashes). Will get 11.1k from this - Sold a smaller lot of 7% OTM: Will get 4.8K from this - I will close both of these tomorrow morning for a total profit of: 15,900$

@Sa L What were your strikes? I mean both, short and long leg.
Avantor (AVTR)
Avantor is a supplier of chemicals and testing products to laboratories, hospitals, healthcare researchers in the U.S. and globally. The company lost more than 50%5 of its value in the last year alone. However, they are improving and there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel, so I started building a position, buying shares and also selling calls $12 and $13 strikes. Today they announced appointment of a new CEO, and apparently market does not like their choice: the stock is down more than 6%. I plan to hold over the ER that is next week and will be held by the outcoming CEO. I'll make my decision to stay in or get out after the ER.

Ended up rolling all three strikes. I also keep a few shares. Seems like it wants to go higher.

$11 and $12 have been called away. No hard feelings, 6% PMI in two months. Looking to reenter $12 and add to $13, aiming for 3% October 17.
APA Corporation (APA)
APA is yet another energy company. It is one of those that had screwed up and trying to turn things around. It is getting better. I've been holding CIVI and PR and now added APA.

I have a few shares from mid-Aug when I posted, but majority was taken away. I will be doing $22.5 strike ITM covered calls aiming for 3% October 17. As for declining revenue, @Kim Huynh, the company is getting smaller (divesture) but it is lowering its debt very aggressively and focusing on higher margin projects.
