I'm going to be honest about something kind of embarrassing. For a long time... my DMs were a disaster. Not like... "oh they were a little messy." More like... "I have no idea who I'm supposed to follow up with, I somehow just lost three conversations, and I'm pretty sure there's money sitting in my inbox that I'll never find." That kind of disaster.
