Soul Aligned Offer.....
I just finished the Soul Aligned Offer module in the classroom. At the same time, I was also thinking about content for my own brand and social media to attract my avatar. One of the things that popped up, specifically in the fitness industry, is that we're always told we have to fix this, and this, and this, and this. We have to change and modify 45 different things to do it right. The same goes for building an online business. You have to have the marketing, the offer, the avatar, the workflow, the automations, and all the different pieces and parts to put together to sell it. However, when you try to do everything all at once, you get frustrated, burned out, overwhelmed, exhausted, and you quit. This applies to fitness, business, and life. One of the pieces of content I was literally writing while listening to Dan's words verbatim was, "Stop fixing everything. Fix one thing, and then let momentum work." So, I'm just sitting with that as I've been trying to handle everything all at one time for my community and my business. I need to focus on one thing at a time. @Dan Harrison @Alexander VandeLaar cheers.

Help Language Choice
Hey everyone, Iโ€™m new to this group, and I already appreciate all the insights I picked up just by interacting with the community the last few days. Iโ€™m not sure if this is appropriate to ask over here but Iโ€™ll try and you guys can tell me if it is. So basically Iโ€™m bilingual (French and English) and a big traveler, and Iโ€™ve been working offline with groups, and until now the question of language was never an issue since I just switched whenever it was needed. Now that I am creating an online business and wishing to build relationship through content, Iโ€™m struggling to chose a language, because I feel it would be disturbing if I create content in two different languages since French people are not so much into speaking English and have their own way of leaning into/buying services online than English speakers. Moreover, I use tools from different domains, and the last big and most complete course for helping clients that I attended was in French. This leaves me a bit confused because I do want to reach the maximum number of people (English) but I also know I will lose the French audience if I opt only for Englishโ€ฆ Anybody leading a bilingual business and has insights to give around this conundrum? ๐Ÿ™๐ŸฝโœŒ๐Ÿฝ

Did My Plan Your 2026 Workshop Last Night
I could really use some feedback from anyone who is willing. I teamed up with an influencer who has 245k instagram followers. We had 81 form submissions for our virtual workshop and pitched a $7,997 iRL workshop in Las Vegas in April. We only have 24 spots, used urgency pricing and had good energy the whole presentation. The transformation we are selling is accelerating people into an identity of being a "Confident Messenger" and by coming to Vegas they get a high quality video of their signature talk, testimonials, professional headshots, and high status images. They also get coaching and slide deck design. When I woke up this morning, no one had made a down payment yet. @Dan Harrison how much nurturing and personal outreach is normal to successfully pull one of these off? Am I being unreasonable in expecting SOMEONE would have made the downpayment immediately? Our video is below, as is the landing page. https://speaker.salon/confident-messenger-vegas

Did you pitch the $8k offer from the workshop or book a call.... thats a big price tag to sell from a stage ( not impossible but higher degree of difficulty than booking calls and closing 1:1) i'd probrably reach out to everyone and offer a free 1:1 call if I was selling an $8k thing and no one purchased on the call
Offer/Pricing Help
Iโ€™m having some challenges with pricing and matching it to my offer and would really appreciate some input. Right now, I typically sell a 6-month program for $3,000 and a 12-month program for $5,000. I like the idea of collecting more cash in a shorter period of time โ€” something similar to @Dan Harrison's 100-day model at $3โ€“4K. That said, I previously offered a 90-day program and realized I could collect significantly more revenue by moving people into 6- or 12-month commitments, since some clients are willing to pay $3โ€“5K upfront. I also didnโ€™t enjoy having to re-sell or re-enroll clients after 90 days. I preferred having people locked in for six months, without needing to introduce continuation offers right away. Iโ€™m curious to hear thoughts on the pros and cons of a 100-day model versus a 6- or 12-month structure, especially from a cash-flow, retention, and energy standpoint. Thanks very much โ€” appreciate any insights.
