and all! I fully get it why you don’t recommend running in person retreats if your business still doesn’t bring 10k recurrent revenue. I recently started my business (coming from academic background) and my community here and I want the core of my business to be the retreats (I run a Relationship Design School after all and it is about experiential learning and immersion). I am investing my own money from my previous business and ready to take a risk. What would be one way to mitigate the risk of not enough people signing up? What paralel projects would you recommend running to raise funds for the retreats? Thank you!
