Closed Loop
I finished filling the 2 gift boxes I made with goodies! And finalization will be when I personally deliver them next week. I am anticipating there will be more dopamine ;)

Day 4 and doing day 5 today
Hi everyone, I'm catching up on the homework for day 4 today and about to do day 5, So today I have to close the loop. At the moment, this challenge feels like an open loop, because I have a deadline and indeed have fell behind. I have been listening to the Q&As while tidying, and they have been great. So many beautiful and brave volunteers to speak. Sending all my love to all of them I have heard so far and will hear before this challenge closes. The Q&A is great for ADHD specific problems, whereas the course feels great for identity and manifesting coaching in general. I think all people not just ADHD could benefit. There's so much in there, and I do struggle with integration. I have done videos like day 3 before where they say the exact same thing, identify the beliefs, re write them or reframe them, then engrain them, but I have not done that in the past. But I do have the motivation now to find more evidence to empower me to be productive and actually change my life and transform more than before. I was meant to do the morning routine this day, after day 4. But I did not sleep well at all, despite having my phone in the other room, and am pretty much typing this now as a means to sit down and rest for a bit. Also- posting here is not good for social media dopamine addiction cos it's the same as facebook with the notifications and checking for comments. But I do appreciate being seen and heard. I would like to do more inner child work and breathwork and meditation. The meditation on day 3 was SO HARD. And yeah I still need to sit and journal my limiting beliefs and then reframe them. The GPT did not give me any and said to wait until I complete day 5. So yes I am a little stressed about getting all the content in, but not to do it in a rushed way, so I actually remember it, because I have recieved a lot of wisdom, and at the time I hear it I think wow this is so great that's so insightful, but then when it comes to the time where I am down or can't shift or something, I completely forget about the advice and then of course don't apply it.

Day 5 Done - and I am finally seeing the pattern! 🧩
WOW! 🤩 Just finished reading my report, and am tired as a whizzle to stay up and get it done, but it is so worth it! ♥️ My assessment discovered some very important patterns that I have not been connecting together until now! So I would say that this week has been eye-opening! 👀 I am at a crossroad in my season of life, and this is so valuable to bring with me into these decisions! Cause I am exhausted of being in this big limbo in my life. Enough is enough! Thank you Jim for this work that you do, and for the interest you have had for technology and gaming for all these years, and it is very inspiring to see how you connected the dots to find your purpose! 😍 Your Ai twin might actually be the very thing that brought me an ounze of the clarity I have been craving for! ♥️ Thank you! 🌱 P.S: How can we save out these reports to go through them even deeper when the challenge is over? @Jim Ebbelaar

It's neat to hear you've secured a massive gain!
Procrastinating with purpose 🤦
I did typical behavior of leaving ADHD 5 days challenge to last minute. I got 2 days done, but I keep procrastinating with purpose. Instead of catching up on my 5 day challenge yesturday I laid in bed unsubscribing things I don't use and some I actually pay for. Helped a friend go get groceries. That lead me to grabbing things to use up veggies before they go bad. decided to make soup when I got home instead of working on classes. Finished everything prep to cook to freezer by 2am. I made 2 different soups to freeze for quick meals later, which you can't quit in the middle of soup making. But also found out I only had 2 working elements and the 2 that work were too close to eachother to both use a pot. So single element all night. Used every big bowl I had. Thankfully I did dishes as I used them or I would have kitchen of dishes I didn't want to wash today. Then wrote an email letter nominating my dr.for a Women distinction award that is also due this morning. Because I was up late, I slept in and Missed a doc appt so kicking myself in the ass for that. But awesome now I have all day to work on ADHD class... But again this morning procrastination with purpose. Instead of doing catch up I took dog out and played in the yard during brief break of rain today. Then circled aimless thinking about ADHD course or breakfast. Nope drank a boost so I don't waste time. Then looking for shirt to wear instead of just boxers which lead me to putting away clean clothes and now I'm folding towels and messaging about how I'm not doing what I want to do but atleast orher things I was putting off are getting done instead. So it's a win in a round abouts way but loss because it's not what needed in the moment to be done today.

I can relate to those full days of movement... maybe there is yet an opportunity right now to watch "just 10 minutes" of Day 3's video? :)
I actually finished something! 😃
I sign up for SO MANY free courses, webinars, downloads etc. And I either do it half-heartedly and distractedly i.e. I'm on the phone scrolling and I just screen shot things which I won't look at again, or I never show up to it to begin with. Even if the time commitment is 3 hours or less, I automatically think, well, I'm not going to end up doing that. And a key thing is I often don't put it in my calendar/datebook to begin with - ambivalence much? This is the FIRST challenge I committed to, AND finished. Even though all told with the main videos, the Q&A's, answering the questions, posting in the classroom, it was about 15 or more hours in the week. I'm amazed, truly. I got so much out of this and will read, and reread the final report to anchor me in the future. You are one of a kind, Jim, smart, talented, creative, and oh so generous and patient with your time. I never missed the Q&A's because you listened so carefully and responded so thoughtfully to each person's question. I'm very appreciative for all you have done for us, and thank you also for this wonderful and interesting community.

Celebrating with you!! I too am glad to have seen these last 5 days through, of course using the weekend to catch up, and spending that many hours on it as well... But we did it. Positive changes in store ;)
