JT isn't listening?
I'm having an experience with JT that mirrors my experience with my husband. This isn't the only time it's happened, but it happened 3 times just now in doing the week 3 HWA. I answered some questions, then in the same section, JT asked me two questions I had already answered in the same chat thread. In the analysis JT said I told it what I had not told my husband. Except I very clearly had said I not only told my husband multiple times with no behavior change, but that this is the reason why I was giving up on addressing it. So, this feels very odd to me that JT 'isn't listening' to me and isn't remembering things I've clearly said, even in the SAME session.
PDA?
I'm experiencing something I can only call demand avoidance. When I do my check ins, sometimes I really don't want to talk to JT, in part because I'm supposed to. I've avoided it the last 3 days (although I have checked in on my mood and activities. Anyone else experience this kind of thing?

💭 Reflection: "I had run out of my ADHD medication yesterday without knowing😅, and that explains why it was so much harder to get myself started yesterday, even though it turned out to be a good day overall. I realized that when I was taking my medication this morning that I never actually got around to refilling it on Thursday because it’s considered a controlled substance and it’s not allowed to be refilled through the app and I had needed to call it in. This brought up memories of first trying out different dosages and forms of the ADHD medication to find the right one when I was first diagnosed back in January 2025, and there were a lot of medication shortages for the prescription I was on, so I dealt with not always having access to the medication, forgetting to call in refills, being told it was on back order so had to go even longer without, and such.😓 I believe that it is worth the time to find the right medication (@Lorna Boales shared a little bit about her own experience after the most recent Cohort 4 live call ended☺️), or some people find that they ultimately don’t need medication, but for me, the right prescriptions and the right dosages have made a positive difference. My daughter just left for church with her aunt and uncle, so I have some time to myself. There’s a lot I am planning to get done today, including picking up my refilled prescription, placing a grocery order, and grooming 2 of my family’s dogs (a Standard Poodle🐩 and a Shih Tzu🐶) during a Body Doubling session on Harmony AI💛" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 7/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 8/10 😌 Calmness: 6/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 9/10 🔥 Motivation: 9/10 ⭐ Average: 7.7/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🛏️ Good Sleep 🌙 Early Bedtime 💧 Stayed Hydrated ☕ No Late Caffeine 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 🙏 Prayer 📝 Journaling 💚 Gratitude Practice 💭 Affirmations 🎯 Visualization 🎯 Deep Work 🧠 Learning 🤝 Helped Someone

The forgetting to take ADHD meds and forgetting to call in refills should be proof to the neurotypicals who believe it's addicting. Hard to call it addicting when we can't remember to take the damn thing. 🤣

***Fell asleep before I could post this last night 💭 Reflection: "Not sure why my check-ins have shifted to evenings🧐 I went to bed early last night, but ended up forgetting to put my CPAP mask on again (I know, I know😵‍💫). I woke up this morning and could instantly tell I hadn’t worn it (slight headache, brain fog, and felt tired 🥱). I was still able to make it to the Cohort 4 live Q&A today. It was really wonderful hearing others’ questions, and seeing Jim’s coaching in action is always really inspiring. Tonight I’ll make sure my earlier bedtime doesn’t go to waste😅" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 8/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 7/10 😌 Calmness: 8/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 6/10 🔥 Motivation: 7/10 ⭐ Average: 7.2/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🚿 Cold Shower 😴 Nap 🌙 Early Bedtime 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🌃 No Screentime at Night 🚶 Walk 🥗 Healthy Eating ☕ No Late Caffeine 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 🙏 Prayer 📝 Journaling 💚 Gratitude Practice 🎯 Visualization ✨ Positive Mindset 🎯 Deep Work 🧠 Learning 🎓 Online Course 👥 Quality Time 🤝 Helped Someone 📞 Called Friend/Family 👂 Active Listening 🍃 Yard work 🐱🐶 Pets

That's a pretty great list, Diana!
Tribes…and a dream that keeps sparking
There’s something pretty special about getting together with your girl tribe later in life. Similar ages, different stories, shared experiences — and plenty of laughter along the way. Four of us spent the weekend together. Two of us only recently discovered our ADHD, and somehow that became part of some very honest conversations about this stage of life. There were tears from sharing the loss, the grief, the WHAT IF'S and then there was LOTS of laughter - sharing the bizarre, inpulsive, creative and spontaneous experiences we had had. And I came home feeling very grateful for new friendships. We were all away form our home town, visiting Welliwood (Wellington NZ) attending the NZ World of Wearable Arts, so my spectacularly attention-stimulated brain was having an absolute field day — lights, colour, texture, movement, smells… sensory heaven! But there was another little reminder for me this weekend. For 35 years, I’ve had a dream of putting an entry into the World of Wearable Arts. Every time I go, that dream gets reignited. And every year I look at the incredible technical skill and production that goes into these pieces and think… Can I actually do this? Then along comes the 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺. And the 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. And that little voice asking whether I’m really good enough to even have a crack. But you know what? That burning desire hasn't disappeared in 35 years. So I think I’m going to have to dig a little deeper and see what happens when I stop letting the fear factor make the decision for me. Maybe it’s time to have a go. And maybe that’s another reason I’m so grateful for this community. Twelve months ago, I was still figuring out this spectacularly attention-stimulated brain of mine. Now I’m starting to wonder what might happen if I actually celebrate it — and let it create. After 12 months of learning about my own wonderfully bonkers brain, I’m becoming much more appreciative of it — and much less interested in trying to make it behave like someone else’s.
