Failure Is Not Final
Hey team, I hope you enjoy this video. I recorded it from the bottom of my heart. I just wanted to say that failure happens to all of us. You work hard, you want something, you give it everything you have, and sometimes the answer is still not this time. What matters most is what you do next. Do you stay down, or do you learn, reset, and get back to work For me, I heard someone talk about the rule of 5. Five minutes to be upset. Five minutes to feel it. And after that, I have to move forward with a plan. This changed everything for me and kept my momentum alive. Sometimes life closes a door to push you toward the one you were truly meant to walk through. If you are going through something tough right now, remember that failure does not define you. Your response does. Share your own stories or experiences in the comments so we can win together. Let’s keep going. Let’s work. 🔥 Sorry, I really tried to keep the video under 5 minutes, but I wanted to make it genuine.

Great video, Bruno! Hardship and failures come as building blocks for us to become a better version of ourselves, as I’m becoming more mature I’ve been realizing it. Also redirection sometimes are not understood due to our own desires, but it actually might come as blessings. I know great things are on its way for you, my friend.

@Bruno Militz Absolutely, we must be always moving forward! Yes, recently after completing my OPT I was extremely excited to visit home (Brazil) after 15 months and then be back in the U.S to continue my career. Due to an uncontrollable situation with a new administration and politics, it hasn’t been possible yet. However new opportunities came in the horizon and I have landed a sales job at a very exciting firm. We never know what life will bring us, that’s why we must carry on.
Time Mastery + Tony's Perspective
Hey TEAM (Together we achieve more) 😎 Today is the last day to get access to the Time Mastery Workshop for free. Starting tomorrow, it will switch to the paid version. For everyone who has already registered, Week 2 will be released this Monday, and from now on, a new week will drop every Monday. For everyone else, this is your chance to invite friends, colleagues, or anyone you think could benefit from it before it becomes paid. I will also be reaching out to some of you this week to set up weekly calls so we can connect, share progress, and grow together. Before you go, I want to leave you with a powerful Tony Robbins video. It is only ten minutes long and reminds us that everything in the universe either grows or dies. Take a look and let me know your feedback: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmWQAX7uI6Y Have a wonderful weekend, keep on learning, keep showing up, and keep becoming the person you are meant to be. Growth happens when you commit, even in small steps. Let’s finish the week strong.

Progress! Focus on the the journey, uncertainty makes it more valuable. Great video.
Time Mastery Course
Alright, good stuff. Time for feedback, because we are time designer 😎. 1. Excel cells are not all centered. How to save time on that? Hit "Ctrl + A" and center everything ...or more conscious approach: select the column of one day, center, than double click on copy format brush and quickly click on the first cells of all other days & done. Esc, Ctrl + S and if you have filled one day: Alt + F4 🤫 Further details, check the video. My menu settings are german, but hope it helps you anyway with the description here. 2. Now for real, jokes aside, I'll close my community with the title "Save Time, Unlock Potential" and invite everyone here. Why? Watch the video. 3. Many gems in there, great start. If you've seen the video you might agree - or not yet. Looking forward to read more feedback. One improvement though: If you're replacing beliefs in your heart and your language becomes reality, stick to the PPPB formula. Keep it positive(!), practical, personal and biblical. That way the heart can grab it the easiest possible way. @Bruno Militz, what hit me the hardest while listening to all the gems was the aspect of "positive", that wasn't always consistent. E.g. "It's not a priority right now" could be rephrased as "I have other priorities right now". Or "My plan isn't clear yet" to "I'm working on my plan". You put the gems out there and I just thought this would be the cream on top 😊 4. Homework done - okay it was easy as tomorrow is booked and my gem there: 1.5 hours train ride back home where I can design my time - and I did.

Essential reminder to focus on what’s urgent and important! Lot of times we get caught up and we “waste” time to solve things that are not a priority. Using time wisely is key!
