Who all is on HRT? I just saw an NP today. My GYN and PCP both don’t prescribe until periods have stopped for a year. I still am fairly regular but skip here and there. She said I would likely be on estrogen patch, progesterone and testosterone cream. How long until you felt a little more energetic?

I am on the patch and progesterone for several years now. Made me feel so much better. I will stay on it for all the lifelong health benefits.

@Jamie Martinez I'm stacking both like many others. Some people are finding that R doesn't give them as much hunger suppression/food noise as well as T does. So they drop T down and add a low dose of R. I'm on week 3. So far so good.

OUCH! GHK-cu
So I may not have listened to everyone. I thought I went super slow. Didn't have any actual stinging while injecting, but now my gut aches. Is that the burn we were talking about? Today was my first dose and I did 1 mg GHKCU. It was a very pretty color but ouch!!

I'm on week 3. Both GHK and Nad are spicy for me. I can have red welts for a week. Diluting more did not help. I use Flonase now after injecting and if it becomes bothersome later. Helps a ton. Also, I inject at bedtime so that I'm less bothered by it initially.

GHK CU
Hi Ladies, I started my GHK-CU last night. I diluted my pin with more bac water as everyone has recommended to do. I also left it out to get warmer and pinned in my upper love handle area. I pinned slowly as well. No burning or stinging at all. I wake up this morning and the area feels like I got stung by a bee. (UGH) this has been since I woke up and it still there. Anyone else have this where it has been over 14 hours since the pin and it still feels like a bee sting? I mean I will deal with it to reap the benefits, just thought I would ask 😊

I'm on week 3 and my welts can stay for a week. Both NAD and GHK are spicy for me. Diluting and warming didn't help either. I've been pinning at night so I can sleep thru some of it. I also started using Flonase after pinning and any time the spot becomes bothersome. It helps a lot!
