DSIP
I have a friend who is wanting to try DSIP. She is wondering if there is a loading period OR does it start working on night one. Thanks.

It worked for me on night one as well. I also increased about a week in. I found that it was helpful to follow a nightly routine. For me DSIP makes you relaxed not necessarily sleepy. I have ADHD so it definitely helped settle my mind and feel calm. So I established a routine and tried to stick with a bedtime within an hour at the same time every night. I actually have to order more. 😊 have an amazing Monday everyone

I never really got a welt with ghk-cu, The sting and itching was so much fun in the beginning. lol. That sting would last 24 hours. I am at the end of week 7 and I maybe get a little stinging and itching a couple of days a week, but it does not last that long at all. I pin in my glute/love handles/and upper thigh. And 100% on the pinning process, the slow in and slow out method was key for me too. Also make sure that when you use the alcohol pad to cleanse the area, that is dry before pinning. GHK CU
Hi Ladies, I started my GHK-CU last night. I diluted my pin with more bac water as everyone has recommended to do. I also left it out to get warmer and pinned in my upper love handle area. I pinned slowly as well. No burning or stinging at all. I wake up this morning and the area feels like I got stung by a bee. (UGH) this has been since I woke up and it still there. Anyone else have this where it has been over 14 hours since the pin and it still feels like a bee sting? I mean I will deal with it to reap the benefits, just thought I would ask 😊

@Kelly Algiere it is a histamine response, meaning because the peptide—or the free copper ions it releases—acts as a localized irritant that activates mast cells, causing them to release histamine, resulting in itching, redness, or swelling. This is often a sign of mast cell activation rather than a true allergy, particularly common with injections. For me I made the choice to keep going and my sting reduced after 7-9 days and now being on week 5 I don't have reaction.
