Just wanted to give an update/Day 9. I have worked hard at making sure I get ready for bed and pin around the same time every night. This is not an easy thing to do when life happens. But I am putting myself first and want to get the best accurate information out of this. I am so HAPPY to say, the amount of deep sleep I am getting is amazing. For the last at least 5 years I was not getting much more than 20-35 minutes of deep sleep a night. I have been getting on average 1:15 to 1:50 minutes of deep sleep the last 9 nights. My mental clarity has been better, and I am able to stay on task much more easily at work over the last few days. Could not be more excited and hope this continues. Hi Ladies, I started my GHK-CU last night. I diluted my pin with more bac water as everyone has recommended to do. I also left it out to get warmer and pinned in my upper love handle area. I pinned slowly as well. No burning or stinging at all. I wake up this morning and the area feels like I got stung by a bee. (UGH) this has been since I woke up and it still there. Anyone else have this where it has been over 14 hours since the pin and it still feels like a bee sting? I mean I will deal with it to reap the benefits, just thought I would ask 😊

So I may not have listened to everyone. I thought I went super slow. Didn't have any actual stinging while injecting, but now my gut aches. Is that the burn we were talking about? Today was my first dose and I did 1 mg GHKCU. It was a very pretty color but ouch!!
