Caught myself sililing as I thought of meeting wih a friend. Caught myself smiling when the dog ate my fool! Caught myself smiling in the car sitting in traffic. My cheeks hurt!
Day 3 Challenge: Feel Less stress and More Vitality
Body Tap, Washing Machine, then Brain Wave Vibration (aka Dahnjon tapping with fists to lower core) for one deeper session (10 min) OR 3 mini-sessions (2-3 min each) using phrase "I feel X. @Anna Choi I have many playlists as an educator but I also like to stream community radio in different parts of the country. Blues, relaxation, classical indie. I'm such a novice! though with technology. I learned how movement or meditation or practice and moving with a group helps me stay disciplined and focused for the rest of my day. I had do replay Day 3 and reply as I had a previous meeting. I feel grounded. My practice is to continue equanimity in social settings. To truly listen and not have an answer and to know that is ok. I am spinning and diving deep into the source to radiate out to the community with less ego....my goalπŸ˜‰

Did all 3 2x yesterday and one time today right before I did my daily tai chi practice. lt energized me this morning and cleared me out. Feeling light.
