🔥 Monday Inspiration + Updates 🔥
Super excited about this week’s message, it really made me pause and reflect, and I hope it does the same for you. Quick updates first: • Big welcome to some of our newest members: @James Rhodes, @Kerry Souter, @Lidia Axe, @Leo Baldwin, @Cecilia Payne, @Graham Whiddett & @Jack Shiller (some of you have been active already, but making it official 😄) • I’m working on having a guest speaker for our Wednesday 7 pm call, focused on Freedom in life. I’ll confirm by tomorrow. • Leadership Launchpad Week 5 is live. If you want access, DM me or check it here. This week’s message comes down to playing the long game. Most people look for shortcuts or a big breakthrough moment, but real progress comes from quiet, repeated decisions over time. And playing the long game starts by asking yourself a few uncomfortable but powerful questions: Who am I, beyond titles and roles? Who am I becoming based on my habits and daily choices? Who will I be in the future? Winning the long game isn’t about perfection. It’s about intentional alignment, small disciplines, clear direction, and consistent action over time. Kudos to @Chris Wendt for a powerful post in @Georgiana D's community about personal growth, and that's exactly what it means to "become" a better version of yourself. So here’s the reflection I’ll leave you with this week: If your current habits stayed exactly the same, would you be proud of the person you’re becoming? PS: Sorry for the long video, that was done in one take 😅

Definitely my favorite Monday Inspiration you’ve ever posted. These questions are so powerful and serve as a good reminder to see if we’re really in alignment on a daily basis with our true calling.
What's your favorite dinosaur, and what does it say about you?
Everyone has a favorite dinosaur, right? Mine is Spinosauros. Not sure why, but I always thought it was cool since it first appeared in a movie during my childhood (I think it was Jurassic Park 3). It is bigger than a T-Rex, but has less of a bite (a fish eater, mostly). What's yours, and why? Found this article which claims your favorite dino has something to say about your personality. I suppose it is partially true in my case.🤣 What Does Your Favorite Dinosaur Say About You? Any other dino fans out there? I have always liked them, but having a four-year-old son has motivated me to learn more about them recently, and I find that even kid's books about them have plenty of interesting facts! Needless to say my dino knowledge has expanded exponentially over the last couple of months, haha. Cheers and happy Friday! 🦖

@Georgiana D also know nothing about dinosaurs…. apparently ChatGPT said: Triceratops energy is grounded, protective, and steady. Strong leadership without needing to be loud. Deeply values people, community, and purpose which feels very All Stars Project (the nonprofit I work for). Shows up consistently, holds the line when it matters, and creates safety for others to grow. Quiet strength with a big heart. She’s not flashy for attention. She’s reliable, intentional, and powerful in the way that actually lasts. The kind of leader people trust and want to stand next to. Triceratops 🦕 Strong, purpose driven, and protective of the people and mission she cares about.

What a fun question, Tyler!
🚨 2 Important Updates 🚨 + L.L. Week 3 is LIVE 🚀😎
1️⃣ First IRL Skool Meetup: @Josie Ngoumou and I went to our first IRL meetup yesterday, and honestly… if there’s one near you, GO. So much learning, connection, and perspective. It was AMAZING! This week, I’ll create a post sharing my notes and a full summary, especially for anyone building a community here or thinking about starting one 👀 2️⃣ A quick perspective on goals: This past Friday, I was sending an audio to a friend on WhatsApp (foreign 🤓), and after I finished, Taylor looked at me and said, “You speak way too loud.” At first, I laughed, and she’s right. It’s something I’ve been aware of, and that moment made me decide to actually work on it. So I added a new line to my personal development goals and asked her to help hold me accountable weekly. I want to be more aware of how I speak everywhere, not just on the phone. That reminded me of something important: Sometimes throughout the year, you’ll add, remove, or change goals. That’s normal. That’s growth. The key is being in control of your goals. Looking at them. Managing them. Caring about where you’re going. And if you’re not there yet, that’s okay too. We all start somewhere. Ask for help. That’s why this community exists. 3️⃣ Leadership Launchpad Week 3 is LIVE ✅ This week, we’re diving into Communication, Public Speaking, and Influence 😏 Quick reflection: Have you changed any goals recently? Added something? Removed something? Where are you at right now? I’m excited for this week, and I hope you are too. Have a blessed Sunday 🙏🏽 Let’s celebrate that we’re heading into the third full week of the year and that we’re showing up. I’m proud of you.

If you had to ...
If you had to choose an animal to be for the rest of your life, what would you choose and why? I know today is about fun, but I saw this quote this morning and it stuck with me: “If you want to get warm you must stand near the fire; if you want to be wet you must get into the water. If you want joy, power, peace, eternal life, you must get close to, or even into, the thing that has them.”— C. S. Lewis Food for thought as we head into the weekend. Alright… back to fun 😎

I would be a sea otter! Simply because they’re cute and entertaining. I feel like everyone loves them
Let’s talk about Leadership? 😏
If this community is going to be valuable, it has to be built around what actually matters to you right now, not generic leadership theory or recycled quotes. Leadership shows up in real life. In how you manage your time, make decisions under pressure, handle conversations you would rather avoid, and follow through when motivation is low. Over the next few weeks, I want our content, discussions, and accountability to reflect the challenges we are actually facing. That starts with your input. 👉 Comment your Top 3 Leadership areas you want to work on, study, or actively apply in your life right now. Your answers will directly shape our focus over the next 2 to 4 weeks. Leadership Topics We Can Dive Into: • Self-leadership and personal responsibility • Goal setting and execution (We already covered this, and gladly to go even more in-depth) • Time management and priorities • Decision making under pressure • Accountability and follow-through • Communication and difficult conversations • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness • Leading without a title • Vision and long-term thinking • Building habits and systems that support growth • Confidence, presence, and influence • Handling conflict and tension • Coaching others vs managing tasks I’m also open to any additional suggestions you have. It's really hard to list all Leadership topics when everything in our lives revolves around leadership. Pick your Top 3 and don’t just list the topics. Add a short example of how each one shows up in your life right now and why it matters to you at this stage. For example, if you choose time management, explain where you feel stuck or what you want to improve. And as a reminder, this won’t stay theoretical. We’ll turn these topics into real actions, real reflection, and real accountability through our conversations and calls. Let’s build something useful. Let’s go 😎🔥
