Lesson from a 4 year-old
I spent Christmas with my daughters and twin granddaughters. Later afternoon on Christmas Day, one granddaughter was crying, complaining and said she was bored. I said, you have a bunch of new toys and Santa came, so why are you crying? Her response was, I have too many toys, I don't know which one to play with. Instantly I heard, there's too much noise and I can't focus. I suddenly saw my struggles from a different perspective. Too many services or products equals too many toys.

This is a so good, FOCUS!
Most people start January with resolutions.
I'm starting Year 10 with a different question: Who am I becoming? Because here's what 9 years in business taught me...success isn't about what you can build. It's about WHO you're becoming while you build it. The 1% rule still applies. James Clear nailed it in Atomic Habits: improve just 1% each day, and you're 37x better in a year. But here's the shift most people miss: That 1% isn't about doing more. It's about becoming more of who you already are. Not grinding harder from your finite strength. Not chasing who you SHOULD be. Discovering who you actually ARE—and operating from that. This year, I'm not focused on new tactics. I'm focused on deeper revelation. ❌ Not performance. ✅ Identity. Because every time I tried to be who I should be, I repelled people. The moment I became who I actually am? The right people started finding me. That's the difference between "have to" and "get to." And that's what I'm walking into in 2026.

@Chaz Horn thank you for the reminder, ‘Atomic Habits: improve just 1% each day, and you're 37x better in a year.’!
Good news
Hey guys! I hope everyone is achieving their goals!!I just wanted to share a quick progress update. I haven’t been able to join the meeting because I had a recurring meeting scheduled at the same new time. Here’s my update: I launched my second group for AI for Leaders, and I was moving very slowly with prospect meetings. Then I received an invitation to an event in Mexico (I lived here for four years, so I have a strong network), and I decided to stay two more weeks to have in person meetings. Magic happened. I’m good at connecting with leaders, but online it’s just not the same. I’m already seeing results. I’ve received two confirmations in the last few days, and new opportunities have started to appear. Also, not being in cold weather gives me so much more energy. I feel happy, grounded, and doing business from this place is making a big difference. I’m all in, committed, as Ben Hardy would say. Have a great week!

@Carolina Arce amazing work!
Lost my 🔥
In Skool, when you have a 🔥 by your name, it means that you’ve been engaged for 30 consecutive days. Between my sons’s graduation and my prep for Wednesdays session with CVS executives, I haven’t been on Skool as much. I focused on my immediate priorities and had to say “NO” to other areas of my life temporarily. My goal is to “WOW” them and create a long-term client. I’ve discovered I need to formally have Lieutenant Generals to keep this group active and engaged. As the world begins to hustle around the holidays, the best annual producers pause to prepare and spend time with people who mean the most in their lives. Off to Dallas in a couple hours. I’ll take all prayers and well wishes for a successful trip.

Client Dinner
On Tuesday, November 4, I hosted my first client appreciation dinner. What an amazing experience! Not realizing all the preparation that went into this, time flew by. We had room for 30 people and 23 attended. I think that was a great showing, especially for my first time doing this. The restaurant where I held the event was excellent and we received many compliments from the clients about the restaurant. I've been stepping out of my comfort zone and contacting them via text, email, and phone calls to find out what they liked and disliked about the presentation. Also trying to get them to become wealth management clients. A couple of them are definitely interested but we 're waiting for them to take the next step. I'm trying to be respectful and not bombard them with contacting them, but I want to stay top of mind, so they don't forget, especially with the holidays right around the corner. It was a great experience, and I see the benefit to doing this again. I need to see some results to offset the cost of this dinner. Thank you for your support during our meetings when I was talking about this event.
