Quick little experiment
Hiya mom friends! I'll be honest, I was drowning in day-job work and mommying duties, my business fell to the back burner. But I'm always thinking and ruminating about it! So I have little question for you all. Think about the last three people you actually paid online. Now think about the last ten people whose content you “love.” See the gap? That gap is where a lot of good brands quietly disappear. They’re clear, polished, respected… and somehow they’re still not the default. People like them; they just don’t go to them first. There’s a reason that happens. And it’s not what most people think. Be honest—are you the “love your content!” person… or the “take my money” person right now?

Love this! You're both hitting on something crucial here. @Michelle McCartney you're absolutely right. They ARE different things. And that split? That's actually the entire point I'm trying to make. @Raym Hardy YES, that's exactly it. "Completely different ends of the spectrum" is the perfect way to describe it because here's what I see: Most of us can name 5+ creators we genuinely admire. We consume their content, engage, think "wow, they're brilliant." But when it's time to actually solve a problem or invest? We probably go to someone else entirely. Sometimes someone we don't even follow. Here's what I've noticed: The "love your content" brands are optimizing for admiration (the likes, the follower count). The "take my money" brands? They've figured out how to occupy space in their audience's mind differently. It's not about being better or more likeable. It's about what your brand is gossiping about you when people aren't actively thinking about you. Because your brand? It's always talking. Every post, every price point, every "sorry for the delay" email, even your silence—it's all gossiping about who you are and whether you're THE person for this specific thing. Most brands sound great but gossip and chatter confusion. The "take my money" brands is so clear and intentional that when the moment of need hits, they're the obvious choice. I'm creating free training around this soon!

@Raym Hardy that is the goal! It’s been so much harder these days, but I’m working on something to bridge it! ✨✨✨

@Lucy Hutchings Cold showers are impressive! Our water heater broke in December and it was like 5 days before we got a new one. OH MAN, I was freezing (I'm a California gal, so i'm a baby when it comes anything that isn't plus or minus 72 degrees! I move every morning! Start my days off with 10 mins of a walk on the treadmill, then strength--Tuesdays are leg day. We just got the TRX suspension cables and I'm LOVING them. I've actually been sore the past couple of weeks (I love being sore! haha)
😬 Pelvic Floor Struggles - Who can relate?
We had a pretty funny thread going in my tone it tuesday post here where we were talking about getting more into pelvic floor exercises so that we're not peeing every time we sneeze, laugh, or do jumping jacks 🤣 So, let's get real, raw, and hilarious. Who here can relate and share either what you do for your pelvic floor health (or if you're a mama that's relating to the struggle too, give us the deets 😅)

Oh love this! I have been doing this workout from "every mother" for over a year and my body (my son is almost 3 now) is finally ready for something more intense. However, Every Mother is meant for pelvic floor/diastasis recti!
Workshop vs Beta Offer?
Hi Friends, I've revamped my services and wanted to beta offer it to a couple of groups. But instead of offering my offer cold turkey, I'm thinking of doing a (paid?) workshop where I show a small portion of my new framework where the attendees walk out with some creative strategy. I'd sell on there and/or offer a referral code. The goal is to 1) help as many women founders get their brand strategy solidified 2) potentially sell my full offer 3) share my new framework that I'm very excited about 4) get real time feedback on what resonated. Thoughts on this? Experience from anyone else? Paid/unpaid? I've been so incredibly busy with day job work (campaigns, branding, and more campaigns--which I LOVE, but man am I tired) and haven't had a lot of time to focus on my business. I appreciate anyone's input! Thanks so much!!

@Michelle McCartney gotcha. So Free Workshop > Provides value/showcase how you can help them > sales call. How would you approach visibility to that workshop? Right now, I'm just thinking of placing it in groups--but does that feel too cold and out of left field? Thank you for your input!!

🦋 Want to Hang out in Costa Rica?
As many of you might have seen, I recently spent 3 days masterminding in Costa Rica with millionaires and the experience was unforgettable. and now, I want to extend that to you all. So, here's the jam: ☀️ If we can get the star by the end of November for this community, I will plan a trip for everybody to go to Costa Rica. 🦋 There will be 2 opportunities to go for all expenses paid (minus flights) with a competition in December & January (but only if we get the star in November) ❤️and everyone else that wants to go will have to pay their cut of the bill (but I will be offering the trip at cost, I will take 0 profit on this event) 👉Dates TBD, but I would like it to be 5 days long and sometime in 2026 How do we get the star: ✅It is a combination of getting new consistent members and having higher engagement in our community. ✅We get the star when we are in #30 or less in discovery for the Money category. ✅We are currently 650. ✅We should be able to get to the 300s relatively easy as we were hovering in there before my Costa Rica trip, but getting beyond that will take serious engagement. ✅So, we should shoot for 4,000 daily activities (which is WAY more doable than you all think). So, here's how you can all help us get the star: 1. Make more posts in the group, comment on more posts, and like every post and comment you see! 2. Share this group with every mom (or woman) that you know that is trying to grow or start a business! 3. Show up every day ❤️and that's it! 👇Who wants to work together so that we can all take a trip to Costa Rica next year?
