This is such a meaningful invitation. The idea of Letters of Hope as a legacy something that connects across communities and time really lands. I love that it’s ongoing, spacious, and designed for real connection rather than urgency. Count me in. Writing with intention, especially in a shared rhythm like this, feels like a powerful way to offer something that lasts. Appreciate the care and collaboration behind this it feels rooted, generous, and human.

Huge congrats to @Georgiana D for absolutely crushing it across all three leaderboards that kind of consistency deserves to be seen. And major respect to @Rebecca Martin for showing up with courage and asking for help when it matters most. FEAR reframed like that is powerful. Also… premium at $99 is genuinely wild (in the best way 😄). Bosnia and Tanzania on the retreat list is next-level what an incredible mix of depth and adventure. Appreciate the recap and the big-hearted leadership behind it. Big love right back, Arthur!
New Logo??
Hey JAMMIES! I wanted to ask the group their thoughts on a possible new logo! When I started I had the option between the two with the black background. But I wanted something brighter and more inspiring! More connecting to the community vibe of adventure, communtiy and education! The new one is brighter but I feel too busy... and text is too small so i'd like to fix that. I'd love support with logo design or your thoughts on if we need a new one! Let me know!

Hey JAMMIES! 💛 I’d love to get your thoughts on a possible logo refresh. When I first started, I chose between two options with a black background, but over time I’ve felt drawn to something brighter and more inspiring something that better reflects our sense of adventure, learning, and real community connection. The newer version definitely feels more alive to me, but I’m also aware it might be a little busy and that the text could be clearer and more readable. Before making any decisions, I really wanted to open this up to you. Do you feel the current logo still represents us well, or does a refresh make sense? What do you love, what would you change, and what matters most to you when you see our logo? I’d really appreciate your honest thoughts and any design wisdom you’d like to share. Thanks for being such a thoughtful, supportive community 🤍
The most significant birthday yet...
Today is the day I turn 32... Years ago, I made a committment to myself that by the time I turned 32 I'd be doing something meaningful in life. I'd be helping others in some way, i'd be giving back, I'd be living a life of meaning and purpose. Why 32... it's a weird age right? Well 20 years before I was even born, back in 1974, My grandad John Arthur Maddocks lost his life. He was a 16 year Army Veteran, a Warrant Officer Class 2 serving for the British Army. He was in the Ordnance Corps as a Bomb Disposal Technician. He traveled the world with his job, met lots of people and ultimately his role was to keep the area safe. He would have been a life long servant I have been told. Unfortunately, on the second of December 1974 in Ireland whilst off duty, he lost his life as he attempted to defuse a bomb which was remote detonated. His life over, his 3 daughters and wife left behind. He was just 32. I dont know why, but I am so deeply connected to him spiritually, as I have grown older I have deepened this connection and it's truly what gives me a purpose. John Arthur Maddocks "JAM" Just Another Moment He is build into the business in everyway. Now, for me after 16 years of depression, suicidal thoughts and mental health challenges, I have been in a place where I wanted to turn my pain into purpose. I found my way through my challenges, I found a path where I genuinely enjoy life. I found a way forward where I no longer struggle with mental health challenges. I formed 4 important reasons why my business should exist. 1: Help people overcome their mental health challenges (something I have done) 2: Showing people that life is worth living (In my darkest days, I wanted to die, but I found a way where life truly is worth living, and I am glad I am still here today on this mission) 3: Live for those who can't (this is for everyone like my grandad, loved life but his chance at life got taken away) 4: Help people achieve their dreams and goals (having alignment to something you want to achieve and working towards that changed my life)

This is incredibly powerful, Arthur. Thank you for sharing your story with such honesty and heart. 💙 The way you’ve woven your grandad’s legacy into JAM turning loss, pain, and struggle into purpose is deeply moving. Living not just for yourself, but for those who never got the chance, carries so much meaning. Your four reasons are grounding, human, and real. They speak to anyone who’s ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or unsure why they’re still here. And the idea of helping even one person a year dream bigger and believe again? That ripple effect is huge. What stands out most is your reminder that healing is possible, that life can become worth living again, and that purpose often grows from the hardest chapters. JAM doesn’t feel like “just a business” it feels like a living tribute, a safe space, and a call to keep going. Happy 32nd birthday. 🎂 You’re honouring the past, showing up fully in the present, and creating hope for the future. Big respect — and big love right back. 💛
