Our client avatar or ICP is very specific. We only work with: - Tech professionals w/ at least 7 to 10+ years of experience - Looking for principal to c-suite positions in tech. - The average salary for our clients is, $254,500. - AND we only work with professionals in the US that do not require sponsorship (Green Card holders or US Citizens). As you can imagine, there are a lot of people who do not fit this criteria and most of the times, we are turning them away w/o having anyone to refer them to.
