Who is your ICP? I want to send you referrals.
Hey Ya'll - Each week my team and I reject on average 20 to 25 prospective clients and I'd love to be able to begin having a database of coaches I can refer them to.
Our client avatar or ICP is very specific. We only work with:
- Tech professionals w/ at least 7 to 10+ years of experience
- Looking for principal to c-suite positions in tech.
- The average salary for our clients is, $254,500.
- AND we only work with professionals in the US that do not require sponsorship (Green Card holders or US Citizens).
As you can imagine, there are a lot of people who do not fit this criteria and most of the times, we are turning them away w/o having anyone to refer them to.
At the moment here is who I'm sending referrals to:
- People on H1-B Visa's = Varun Ghandi
- People in Canada = Yauhan
- People looking for transitions and/or internal development opportunities =
