This is a lie we men tell ourselves
Silent suffering is not noble strength. This is a lie. Strength is found in seeking support and finally ending your suffering.

I love this. I’m stepping out in 2026, being more vulnerable and honest than I’ve ever been. I’m going to share my struggles openly. I’m putting down the burned of hiding. I also hope to do my part to normalize the hardships we experience as men and fathers. So happy to be here. Love to all.

@Shawn Hendron thank you very much. 💪❤️
Are you coming?
Guys, I’m planning on delivering a workshop for y’all this evening (7pm GMT) on goal planning. It’ll last about an hour. Please let me know below if you are definitely coming. I won’t run the session is nobody wants it 💪🏽🔥 If you cant, don’t worry. There’s still value in the session so I can record one, provide some interactive resources, and put them in the community

Brother, what an awesome experience recording this with you. You’re a total pro. What don’t you do well? 💪🤷‍♂️❤️
Thoughts on comfort?
We’re often told to ‘do well and live comfortably’. As men, should we ever seek the comfortable life? Thoughts…

Comfort is a pull for me, no doubt about it. When I get down, comfort calls loudly. It’s a vicious cycle for me.
What Are You Leaving Behind?
2025 is almost over, brothers. What are you leaving behind? What habits? What excuses? What versions of yourself? Maybe it's: •The dad who was always on his phone (a little guilty) •The man who said "I'll start Monday" (never guilty) •The guy who put everyone else first and himself last (sometimes guilty) •The excuse-maker who blamed time, stress, genetics (nope) •The passive husband who let his marriage drift (could definitely do better) What are you done with? Drop it below. Declare it. Make it real.

I’m going to ow my value, and stop worrying about if my truth makes others uncomfortable, because I know that I’m coming from love. I’m also going to stop hiding my shortcomings. They’re a part of me, and opening them up to the light allows me to see them better and make meaningful changes.
