The Shift I am Seeing in the Online Space
Someone asked me yesterday if the era of selling to other digital marketers is simply dead. And whether they should change their strategy. I want to Share what I’m seeing… and what I personally decided to do about it. For a while, a lot of people were able to build businesses around buying a course… and then reselling that same course. And for a period of time, it worked. The hype around digital products in 2025 was huge. But when thousands of people are selling the same thing, eventually the market gets saturated. That was always going to happen. The number of courses launched over the past couple of years has been enormous. Many people jumped into reselling without really understanding the systems behind the products. And unfortunately, some people ended up spending more money than they made. That’s always concerning to see. But here’s the interesting part. Courses themselves are not the problem. Education will always have value. The real issue is that the market has now seen the same broad advice repeated thousands of times. Things like: “Make money online.” “Start a digital business.” “Sell digital products.” When buyers see the same information over and over again, something natural happens. Demand starts dropping. Not because people don’t want solutions anymore. But because they’ve already heard the general advice. What still works extremely well are very specific solutions to very specific problems. Clear problem. Clear result. That’s why many creators are starting to diversify their income streams right now. Some are moving into things like: • services • UGC • consulting • trading • affiliate partnerships 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭. Instead of selling more information, creators are starting to build tools. Tools that help people actually do the thing faster. And that’s exactly why I personally started building Custom GPTs and simple apps for this community. Not because courses don’t work.

Why Some Content Instantly Connects (And Other Posts Get Ignored)
Let me share something that completely changed how I think about marketing. Most beginners believe the hardest part of creating content is technology. Learning platforms. Learning tools. Learning AI. But in reality, the hardest part is much simpler. Knowing what to say. You sit down to write a post and suddenly you’re thinking: • Will anyone care about this? • Is this interesting enough? • Am I explaining this properly? So people start guessing. And guessing is exhausting. But here’s the insight that makes everything easier. Humans Buy For Very Predictable Reasons Even though the world is modern, our brains are still wired around a few very simple motivations. People buy things because they want to feel: • Safe – less stress, more security • Capable – confident and competent • Connected – part of something• Supportive – able to help family • Appreciated – fair exchange and value Once you understand those motivations, marketing suddenly becomes much simpler. Instead of asking: "What should I post today?" You start asking: "What is my audience feeling today?" Now your content connects. Example Instead of writing something like: “Learn digital marketing.” You might say: “Most people over 50 aren’t trying to get rich online. They just want a small income that makes retirement less stressful.” See the difference? That message connects instantly because it speaks to something real. Why I Built My App Once I understood this idea, creating content became much easier for me. But I realised something interesting. Even when people understand the concept, they still struggle with turning it into actual posts and ideas. So I built a simple app that helps do exactly that. Inside the app you can enter: • Your audience • Your offer • The platform you’re posting on Then choose the human motivation you want to speak to. And the app generates content ideas and hooks based on that. So instead of staring at a blank screen… You suddenly have a clear starting point. The Goal This tool isn’t about writing perfect marketing.

Why Your Course Isn’t Converting (It’s Probably Not What You Think)
𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧: • The price is wrong • The sales page needs fixing • They need better hooks • They need more traffic But usually, that’s not the issue. 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬: “Will this actually work for me?” “Am I going to finish this?” “I’ve bought courses before… what if this is the same?” “Do I really need this or can I figure it out alone?” Those thoughts rarely get said out loud. But they decide everything. If your content doesn’t address those doubts, people hesitate. Not because your offer is bad. But because they don’t feel certain. And buyers don’t move forward when they feel uncertain. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 Stop trying to convince.Start addressing hesitation. Instead of explaining your modules, speak to their fear. Instead of defending your price, explain the cost of staying stuck. Instead of adding more information, reduce doubt. That one change alone can transform how your content lands. If you want a simple breakdown of the 20 most common beliefs buyers have before they purchase and how to reframe them clearly.
