Handgrinders
For those who use them, whether at home or on the road, what is your favourite ? I used to have a Timemore C3 ESP PRO but it was quite exhausting to grind. I'll be testing the Kingrinder K6 next week which is exciting as many people say the clarity is amazing on filter coffee. I'm also testing a new FLAT BURR handgrinder by Normcore, which sounds wild.. What are you rocking?

I have a timemore chestnut c3. I really love it... but I have found it harder to grind on lighter roasts. Ive heard great things about the new normcore.
Coffee work
This is a total shock writing this post....so yesterday I was called into work (currently on annual leave) to be told in 4 weeks time bodum cafe and outlet will be closing its doors for weekday service! (Will be trading Saturdays) this means all staff have had there contracts terminated as we all need more than 6 hour contracts to survive! I have been the lucky one tobe kept on by the company but.... it will be customer service role with ad hock roasting. This is totally devastating as coffee is my passion... I have accepted this job to keep money coming in but I know in my heart this is not right for me. I have lost my dream job and I dont know where to turn

Filter coffee in London
Hi does anyone know/can recommend coffee shops in London that serve pour-overs and do it well? As I'm travelling across Latin America to source new origins, I come across some very sophisticated coffee shops with excellent barristas and lots of equipment. I'm surprised because back home in London I don't often see specialty coffee served the right way... Maybe I just haven't explored enough! Feel free to disagree! I'm also including this excellent poster of the illustrated coffee history from one of the nice coffee shops in Bogotรก

Do you run a coffee shop?
What is your biggest head ache about running your cafe / coffee shop? If there was one thing you could totally solve and never worry about again what would that be?
