Adhd snapshot
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I've been avoiding: I don't actually want to succeed as much as I want to be able to say "I failed but at least I tried." Turns out the trust I've lost isn't in life - it's in myself. That changes the whole conversation.
