Jab banda shukar karta instead of shikayat Allah pak usko aur aata karta hai. REMEMBER Gratitude is directly proportional to Progress. Because Mehnat hamary hath me hai, but outcome (results) Allah ke hath me hen.. 🌿 Khud-Saazi (Self-Growth) par Kaam “Dil aik aaina hai، jo kuch aap dekhte hain wo is baat par depend karta hai ke aaina kitna saaf hai.” (Ibn Arabi) ✨ Asaan Alfaaz Mein Baat Dil sirf jazbaat mehsoos karne ki jagah nahi hota. Yahi humari soch, niyat aur rawaiye ka markaz hota hai. Jab dil andar se saaf hota hai, to zindagi zyada seedhi, halki aur wazeh lagti hai. Aur jab dil gussa, shikayat, jalan ya purani baaton se bhara ho, to wahi zindagi mushkil aur bojhal mehsoos hoti hai. 🪶 Dil Bhari Kyun Ho Jata Hai?? Aksar hum bina mehsoos kiye dil par bojh jama kar lete hain: • purani baaton ko pakar kar rakhna • har baat ka ghalat matlab nikalna • dusron se apna muqabla karna • har cheez mein apni ana ko beech mein lana Yeh cheezein haqeeqat ko nahi badaltin, lekin usay dekhne ka andaaz zaroor badal deti hain. 🌱 Khud-Saazi ka Asal Matlab Kiya hai?? Khud-saazi ka matlab sirf apni zindagi ko behtar banana nahi hota. Balkay: • apni soch ko saaf karna • rawaiyon ko narm banana • aur dil ka bojh halka karna Jab hum apne dil ko saaf karte hain, to faislay behtar hote hain, baatein soch samajh kar hoti hain, aur rishtay bhi asaan ho jate hain. 🤍 Aaj ke Liye Chhoti Si Practice Kuch lamhon ke liye ruk kar khud se sirf aik sawal poochein: “Is waqt mere dil mein kaunsi baat bojh ban kar baithi hui hai??” Is sawal ka ehsaas hi dil ko halka karne ka pehla qadam hai. 🌙 Aakhri Baat Jab dil saaf hota hai, to nazar bhi saaf ho jati hai. Aur jab nazar saaf ho, to zindagi khud ba khud asaan lagne lagti hai.
