Reviews AI
Hi @Jarid Orgeron . Just watched your latest video. Another excellent job. You're just cranking them out lately. I know how much work goes into making them so I hope they pay off. I certainly appreciate them! At 5:28 into the video, you showed a template for reviews. Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize we had those in the Sites section. Also, you covered the "Respond to Reviews - Drip Mode" at 9:40. Are these sent to people who already posted stars but not a review? Any suggestions on how we might present this, visually, to a business owner? Or, do you suggest that we simply keep the focus on 'What' we're offering to do, not 'How'. Just curious if you show something. As always. Many thanks!!

Yes sir! Thanks Ron 💗
Pricing the Offer
Hi @Jarid Orgeron , We know that the price of just about anything is based on whatever people are willing to pay, which is usually based on the value or benefit received in return. With GHL, I've seen people request anywhere between $97 to $1500 per month (based on the services and the client). I thought I'd start at $397/mo. for the Trinity with an offer of $100 permanent discount for each referral made that becomes a client (up to 3 referrals), so they could end up with only paying $97/mo. However, for each $100 discount I gave, I'd pick up a new client at $397 (and the process starts over with that one). The offer would be $150 discount if at least one of the referrals was made within the first 30 days (while is still fresh in their minds). I ran this scenario through Perplexity, assuming 25% refer nobody, 25% refer 1, 25% refer 2 and 25% refer 3 (and a 15% monthly churn). The result after 12 months is 199 active clients and just over $49,000 per month. Obviously, we can skew these numbers up or down. I just didn't want to offer a pricing structure that I would regret. Based on your personal experience and that of your students, what are your thoughts on this type of offer? Thanks!!

Hey Ron. So incentivizing referrals is a good thing. However, I would not make it permanent nor would I bake it into your offer early on or even propose it as a value proposition for sales at any time. The reason why I would not worry about this early on is because your main focus needs to be on providing the primary method of value and getting your internal processes and delivery dialed in. Trying to add additional layers of stuff you need to market, track and deliver on is not necessary and will take away from your bandwidth of what’s most important and that’s getting customers. Once you’re dialed in on client acquisition and delivery and you want to notify your customers of your referral offer AFTER you have a relationship established with them then you can begin to roll something like that out on top of what you’ve already rolled. The referral bonus should never be used as a value proposition for initial sales because initial sales is about solving their business problem and throwing money their way for a referral is not a business problem they have so it will take away from the value of your initial conversations early on. But like I said once they are happy and that relationship is established AND you have a few clients under your belt to where you have a good bead on things - at that point if you want to roll out an incentive it will be more welcomed by your existing customers. 💪🔥👍

@Ron LaFaye the Ai services in the Trinity are cold traffic offers which is what you want in order to scale. You can absolutely and you should offer them to warm prospects but when that dries up (it will) you don’t have to figure out what to go to market with. Cold traffic offers are very important for growth 👍
The Offer
Thanks @Jarid Orgeron for all that you do. There are so many features with GHL and so much information on all of it that it's like drinking from a fire hose. When I get that feeling, I go right back to your training to regain my True North. With that being said, your suggestion of the Trinity is to offer Website Chat, Voice AI and Reviews AI. I'd imagine that you customize your offer for each customer because not all of them would want or need all 3 of these services. If that is the case, would you nornally reduce your price or would you offer one (or more) of the other services (CRM, SM posts, website/funnel, SEO, Database reactivation) to keep pricing consistant?

Hey Ron! You’re right on track, the Ai trinity is a foot in the door offer and a solid starting point since most people don’t really know what to start with. Upsells and additional custom services can absolutely be offered…however there’s a catch. The farther down the rabbit hole you go with custom solutions the less scalable and less sellable your business is. So, you really have to decide what you’re building and what your short and long term goals are. 👍💪🔥

@Ron LaFaye I would definitely stay focused on the Trinity to get in the door. As far as pricing if you’re going the productized service route then you can keep with standardized pricing since you’re delivering the same thing regardless of client. If you start selling time and talent via customized solutions then you’ll need to go way higher ticket because you’re essentially building a high paying job vs. sellable asset since you can’t sell yourself via exit. That doesn’t mean you can’t combine your efforts though and charge one baseline recurring fee and then add one time fees for time and talent above that - it all just depends on what your client ends up needing 👍

Conversation AI or Voice Widget?
Hi @Jarid Orgeron , Do you happen to know if there is a way to have a Conversation AI for a company's website but a Voice Widget for its' mobile version?

Hey Ron, that's not something I have personally set up yet but I know there's a lot of config options in both the Voice Ai widget and conversational Ai. You might be able to create both and only show one on each similar to how you can enable visibility to certain web elements in both desktop and mobile.
