I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. I have a Voice AI question. When you call most multi-department businesses now you'll get a voice messages saying something like: "For the floral department, press 1, For the Produce department press 2" etc... Can our voice AI simply ask a caller what it is they are looking for, confirm and then forward that call to that particular department (extension)?

For the time being I’m going to pause the group calls as I’m already connecting with everyone directly typically within a few hours each day. For now as always shoot me any questions you have at any time and/or use Ai Jarid. If we get to a point where group calls work better than 1 to 1 I’ll put them back on the calendar.
