Viable Model?
@Jarid Orgeron I’m just getting my feet wet in the AI agency business model, but am curious how viable the business model is. Are there actually small businesses paying $300-$500 per month for simple AI text responders, lead nurture, voice assistants, etc.? Isn’t this all something that they could solve themselves for much cheaper (like hiring a 24/7 remote receptionist company, or using one of the AI voice receptionist options for like $1/call or AI text responder companies for much cheaper)? Just trying to figure out if there is real demand for this type of business model before I dive in more. Do you by chance have case studies of people making money running their own agency that I could look at?

Hey Kalen! There’s tons of agencies built around selling various Ai and automation solutions at every level of the spectrum from one time projects to ongoing services. I just closed over $2K in the last 24hrs. Keaton Walker has a number of testimonials and interviews on his channel. I also interviewed Shuan Clark on my channel. The Ai Trinity is a great foot in the door offer Ai I explain in the course but you can absolutely sell higher priced monthly or build out services. There’s some agencies where just voice ai they charge $5K for the build and over a grand monthly. When the business is making way more than that with the system it’s a pretty easy sell. In the two photos the $500 audit should (hopefully) lead to more work and the other business is a new funnel build.
Need Advice from Jarid
Hello @Jarid Orgeron , would it be a good idea to start with a database reactivation offer on a performance basis, so the prospect has zero risk of losing any money or anything? That would make it hard to say no to, and we could use this offer as a foot in the door and later offer Trinity. Or would you stick to offering Trinity instead?

Hey Abdul! You can definitely lead with this, however just bear in mind you’ll be working with the business owner to develop an offer that works for his lead database. Areas of concern are how willing and educated is the business owner on working with you to develop an offer. What current infrastructure do they have and how much effort it will take to create the funnel required. It’s it’s simply a book a call link - do they even have what they need to execute on that. Simple but it could get very time consuming if they don’t. I would also make sure there’s some kind of upsell offer in place once the first pass on their lead list is done. You won’t be able to do another blast for a few months at the least. What happens if the campaign under performs? What if based on their current lead flow you could have provided more value by capturing new traffic falling through the cracks vs. trying to extract more value from the leads already on their list. There’s a lot to consider, you’re becoming more of a business partner selling time and talent with a DBR offer vs. building an MRR focused SaaS. However - it can and does work - you just need to be aware of the many moving parts. Hope that helps!

Burger King
Hi @Jarid Orgeron Good job on your Burger King short video! When you went to ChatGPT & requested the JavaScript is that the same as selecting "Get Code" in GHL's widget builder? Also, I've never seen anyone place a widget on a website outside of GHL. Is "F12" the way to do that?

Hey Ron! So for the demo with a customer, if you want to place it "live" on their site, you can use get code, then use GPT to convert to Java and then you can temporarily run Java script on their site inside your browser so they can see what it would look like functioning on their actual site. For an install, not a demo, you would use the get code and follow the typical path for going live on their site. 🙂
