How To Scale to 100 Buyers/Day With Personalization
Taxes are DONE! 🎉 Was pretty darn easy in Canada as we've got a good accounting + book keeping team. Wanted to share a quick note on our plan to aggressively start scaling our offers in 2026. I always looked at Agora Financial as the true modality of scaling offers. They were the undefeated kings of this selling the same front end offer with different packaging over and over again. They had a simple rinse and repeat formula that worked over and over again: A) Take their main product (newsletter subscription) B) Put a rotating bonus in front of it C) The bonus becomes the offer that is "free" when you get the subscription. Back in the day most people didn't do this because it required team, tech and more to get this dialed in. Now I see this is not only possible but will be a necessity in the future if you want to consistently get buyers. Because the big shift in marketing in 2026 I guarantee will be personalization With AI we now have the ability to create sales pages and landing pages in minutes by going into Claude without having to touch a page builder. Furthermore we can now create dynamic offers that adjust based on what ad is click on. This is what I'm diving into more and more as we aggressively scale our offers to hit our targets. Because the old model of running to one sales page to scale is playing the game like it's 2020. As we unpack this I'll be sharing how to do this leveraging Claude Code inside The Semi Passive Income Sprint. So you don't have to log into a funnel builder and you can just tell Claude via Telegram "build this thing" or "make this change" an Claude will go do it. Hey all, just joined the group. It looks like there’s many great resources available to buy but just wondering where to start… For context - we have a coaching program that’s $2900/year or they can pay $299/month (no monthly commitment). This also includes a white labelled GHL. However, this year we launched a 24/7 AI Virtual Coach that we built from scratch. Its purpose is to help them get stuff done because we noticed when we researched that we were spending all this time creating training, only for them not to actually watch the training and implement it! Everyone is loving the coach so far. It talks to them if they want and helps them do things like write their Facebook ads, create their website copy, write the social media posts, create their avatar etc. Everyone in our market seems to struggle most with bookings, so I put together a 30 minute case study VSL where we show how we helped a client get to €1m revenue in 2025 using our ads system. And basically it talks about how she paid us $8k for an in person visit but we can’t do that for everyone so we created the coach etc. Running ads to a simple optin collecting name, email, phone. Have 72+ leads, CPL about $10. After the VSL the CTA is to apply to join. Have had around 14 applications or so - the Cost per app is around $50. 1 person joined, the rest have ghosted on follow up. What I’ve noticed too is people were just opting in and then applying 2 minutes later so no way they consumed the VSL. In my head I’m trying to think of ways to reduce friction and maybe focus on the transformation the coach brings directly as they all seem to love software too. So considering a “7 days for $7” trial offer, they book their onboarding call to activate their trial and then we just to activate them on that call with an incentive - like $200 off your first month. We’re currently averaging around $48k/month revenue but we’re running in person workshops in March which has driven the vast majority of that. The membership we have around $17k/month recurring revenue. We want to get this to $50k/month recurring ASAP and then to $100k.

Hey @Jonathan Ryle thanks for the low down. Common thing I've heard from folks as well whenever you're running to a free VSL to book a call. Model is very hard to scale I've found simply because trust in coaching has never been lower. For getting buyers, I recommend either: A) 3 Buyers a Day --> Evergreen Micro Offer running 24/7 B) Mid Ticket Freedom --> Paid workshops you sell with organic and paid (had a client bank over 120K off one of this workshops doing this). Or if you want some of my help, you can upgrade to the VIP Tier and figure it out over a 1-on-1 call.

Why you don't want a "business" 👎
Was expecting to send this earlier BUT we lost power. So I handled objections on our partners webinar from my phone which had a nice 5 figure launch. However, thinking today I realize that most people think they want a business but it's the opposite. They believe business = freedom. Freedom is the ultimate thing to optimize for. But often times unless you get everything dialed in a traditional business breaks quickly. I've spoken to many people who spent 5X-10X more on ads than they personally took home themselves. Which means Zuckerberg is getting the "win" for all their hard work. Business means competiting with the Hormozi's of the world. Big teams, inferstructure...all that jazz. Even with AI which can help there's still a lot of components. That's why the shift I've realized is not to create a "business" but a semi-passive income stream. Where we can Productize our knowledge, get world class client results and work as much or as little as we please. The biggest trap with this is actually doing so much work because you're programmed to even though you "have to", I didn't really understand the freedom of an income stream until my second daughter was born and I took a month off watching the Olympics while the Stripe account just kept growing and growing. And with AI, I see a massive turning point. Not outsourcing ourselves or doing dumb 💩 like making an AI Clone that's going to do everything for us. Instead, it's the art of creating offers that are so damn good they scare the biggest competitiors. Because for some weird reason, the coaching industry is so far behind on using AI Infused Offers. They dabble giving prompts and templates away. But seriously miss the mark of what's possible. That's why I decided to do two bold things: Partner up with Jack "$100M" Campbell my business partner on the publishing side to come into The Productized Coach to help folks crush it. Put together a new founding member group who want to start or turn their "business" into a Semi Passive Income Stream.

My blunt advice after he made 2.3K in sales.... Thursday is already in full swing. Launching a bunch of new ad creatives for our partner this morning + finalizing a bonus in the offer. Cranking away on a challenge we're building for the back end of the month.. goal is to stack another $100K month. But before I get back into it, wanted to share something I was thinking about with Daniel. See back in January, I built 4 micro offers for 4 different people. 2 of them never launched. 2 of them did... and both are profitable on the front end getting buyers. Meenakshi actually mentioned the other week she's getting a 10x return on ad spend with the Micro Offer we built together. Compared to the one an agency built for her, which had her chained to sales calls 24/7 and a horrific average order value 😬 So back to Daniel. Daniel came to me because he's really damn good at what he does. He helps his current employer pull in hundreds of thousands of organic views using AI and content. Problem is... Daniel is strapped for time. So we worked together, he spent a good chunk of change, and we got his offer live. And last Thursday he was on the weekly call so I asked how it was going. Results are juicy. He spent like 2300 on ads and made back 2500-2600 in sales WITHOUT an upsell! I'm pumped because this thing could take off like a rocket when we get the AOV dialed in. But then he told me actually turned OFF the ads... (My face) 🫤 And he had two "good" reasons 1️⃣ He wanted a buffer in case someone refunded (fair enough) 2️⃣ His back end offer wasn't live yet So I prodded him on the back end. Turns out he thought he needed a full course built... An ENTIRE module library loaded up... AND to go back and re-edit all his existing content to make sure it was "good enough." This is the trap most people fall into. We think we need everything polished, perfect, and ready before we can go live. And it's a recipe for horrific disaster. Because the more time you spend on building <u>**before launching**</u> the higher the opportunity cost and the emotional drain if it doesn't work right off the bat.

Hey folks, I decided I wanted to make this a little bit more interactive and actually help you ship a tool within the next 60 minutes that we have together on Tuesday. Can you please go into the school membership area #Tools You Need + How to Install Them and make sure you have accounts to all these tools? Even if you have a paid Claude Account, I would still test clicking on that link because it may give you free Claude Code credits, which will come in handy. Everything else is a free tool that you can use and I expect you won't have to pay for unless you start serving hundreds of thousands of users.

@Ariel Levit Oh that's weird. Make sure Claude is updated on desktop as you should be able to toggle those.
