Greetings, fellow visionaries! Hope your week so far has been impacted by the Weekly Challenge, and you are starting to feel the benefits of the calm and quiet moments? ๐๐ผ It definitely has for me, and has really highlighted the importance of these breaks, which I gratefully have made a non-negotiable in my day.๐ Few take these breaks often enough, and perhaps now, by having done so the last couple of days, you will not only start to notice your mind speaking differently, but also your body โ now that we have slowed down just enough to hear..?๐ซ โก๏ธ And that brings us to todayโs reminder, and Day 4๏ธโฃ of this Mindfulness & Meditation challenge.๐๏ธ ๐Reminder to claim your 10-minute pocket of stillness, with no distractions. No multitasking. Just you taking an intentional break from everything.๐๐ผ In the morning, as a midday reset, or ending the day off right before bed โ carve it out and stick to it.๐ โ Eyes closed. Body relaxed. Breathing softly. โ Let the day fade into the background. โ Let yourself disappear in the present..
