Weekend away meal prep
This weekend is a planned trip away and being on a cut at the moment for me eating out was not an option. This is the meal prep that I did to keep me on track for the weekend instead of caving to takeaway food. I have also managed to add snacks into this as well and still stay under my current goal of 2300cal

@James Pace the glass one are perfect as you throw it all together in there and there is next to no clearing up to do after The plastic ones are amazing with the little divider 👌

Monday Motivation with Ryan's INSANE Transformation!
Tired of avoiding the mirror? Frustrated every time you take your shirt off? I know a lot of you can relate to this. For so many of us, it’s not just about feeling out of shape—it’s about that deep, lingering frustration each time we see our reflection. For Ryan, that feeling ran even deeper. Ryan always struggled with his weight and carried that shame into adulthood, hiding behind loose shirts and avoiding mirrors. He lost 10kg on his own, thinking he was doing everything right, but he still felt lost — no real routine, no clear direction, no confidence he was even making progress. Then he decided it was time for real change. Just 7 months ago, Ryan joined the team, and his results have been nothing short of amazing! 💪 Ryan stopped the guessing game. Starting at 116kg, he’s now a lean 76kg. More than just the weight loss, he’s regained confidence and pride in the man he sees in the mirror — something he never thought possible. Ryan’s journey is about overcoming years of shame and finally taking control of his body—and his life. Since this is usually our Monday kickstart post, I’m switching it up to share Ryan’s inspiring journey. Let’s give him some love! Drop a comment below for Ryan 👇🔥 And make sure to watch the Hot Seat we’ve done for some epic motivation and HUGE takeaways! Ryan, from the team and me, we are so proud of you, dude. It’s truly inspiring what you’ve achieved. Onwards and upwards to your next phases!

@Tom Yeung yes it really doesn't seem that long ago. what a change there had been since then you always said I would be able to see my abs but it allways seemed so far away. What a journey it’s been so far, and soo keen to see the next phase

Monday Kickstart - Do these 3 Things For Better, Lssting Results
Good morning, Legends! Let’s set the tone for an incredible week ahead. In today’s video, I’m sharing my next big fitness challenges and diving into the three commandments for lasting success. 1️⃣ Celebrate Wins: Big or small, each win is a step forward. Positive reinforcement fuels long-lasting change, so don’t hold back — share those victories! 2️⃣ Ask for Help: The faster you ask, the faster we can get results. Lean into the support, and let’s tackle any bumps in the road together. 3️⃣ Help Others: Cheer each other on, drop those encouraging words, and lift each other. You never know how much it could mean to someone. Watch the video for the full breakdown, and let’s kickstart this week strong! 💥 Comment below with your biggest win since starting this journey — let’s celebrate each other and bring the energy! 🔥 #MondayMotivation #CelebrateWins #AskForHelp #SupportEachOther #TeamSuccess

@Jason Smith I would have to say my biggest wins in my transformation would have to be 1) seeing abs for the first time in my life 2) seeing the scales go down bellow 80kg being that I was over 100 when I started 3) learning how to prep meals that are low calorie and high protein 4) progress photos are fantastic for helping you see progress, seeing the scales go down is great and what we all want to see BUT I found that seeing the difference in the photos was a bigger win than scale weight. I now look back at the progress pictures when I feel a lack of enthusiasm to carry on and see how far I have come and that drives me to carry on more than anything. I started this journey with the goal of only getting to 95kg and thanks to the help and drive of Jason I have managed to drop lower than that and become a lot more confident in myself and proud of the person looking back at me in the mirror that is not something I have been able to do for many years 💪💥

@Simon Johnson focus on getting your tracking that’s was the hardest thing for me when I started. The sooner you become comfortable with tracking and staying on target with your calories and protein the easier the journey will be
