This is weird... but you're gonna love it.
Next Friday... I'm doing a workshop... ...about how to do workshops. Like...the irony is not lost on me lol. But here's the thing. I've been running "The Workshop That Doesn't Matter" strategy for 5 years. And I just cracked the code on version 2.0. 19 Trial clients in 22 days. That happened. So now I'm like...do I keep this to myself or...? Nahhhhhh So next Friday, I'm teaching my community the workshop method ...in a workshop. Meta as hell, I know. But it works. We're building your complete Workshop That Doesn't Matter 2.0 system together. Live. Your GPTs. Your templates. Your automations. Everything you need. 90 minutes. $47. You walk out ready to launch your own client getting workshop in 7 days. While most experts grind 60-hour weeks doing one-on-one... You'll have a one-to-many system that brings you clients every week. Teaching what you already know. Details coming soon... Dan "Workshop Inception" Harrison P.S. Yes, I see the irony. No, I don't care. It works lol. Comment WORKSHOP if you want the link when registration open.

🥉 It wasn't my story to tell ... 😅
So… I need to walk something back. The other day I wrote you about my daughter’s gymnastics competition. The bronze medal… the tears… the whole “she couldn’t see her own progress” thing. “Nice” email. People liked it. Good lesson. One problem. I got it wrong. The very next day I’m talking to my daughter and she’s…fine. Like, better than fine. She’s proud. She’s happy. She’s wearing her medal to the park and her gymnastics sweater on a hot spring day. She literally looked at me and said, “Dad, I never said I was the worst.” (Ooooff.) And she was right. What actually happened was this: It was the end of a long day. She was tired. Frustrated with her sister. It was past bedtime. And all those feelings kind of came out at once. Like they do when you’re a kid. (Or an adult, honestly.) I took one moment and turned it into a story. My story. About her. And honestly… it had way more to do with my own junk around sports and comparing myself to others than it had to do with her. I projected my stuff onto a tired kid at bedtime and then wrote an email about it. Cool. I also just pulled on the thread that translated into the best lesson for an audience. The athletics-to-entrepreneurship parallel was right there… so I grabbed it. But the truth is, she’s actually really great at playing in her own lane. Her tears that night weren’t all about the medal. They were about being a kid who was exhausted and overwhelmed at the end of a big day. I flattened all of that into a character for my email. Cuz... you know ... content. But here’s the part that really got me… My wife and I have been super intentional about not putting our daughters’ faces on the internet. We want them to grow up and define who they are on their own terms. Not be shaped by dad’s content calendar. 😬 Noble, yeah? But then I realized… I’m doing the same thing every time I tell their stories with my spin on them. For my audience. No faces, sure. But I’m still shaping how people see my kid.

Good job Dad! And maybe your everyday, ordinary life is already interesting enough (& relatable) without needing a bike or a boat??

A few words about working with Dan
I started working with Dan in December, and I had a lot of internal work to figure out. I’m grateful for the guidance he gave me to work through that side of things (which, let’s be real, is always ongoing). Had no idea that's where we would start when I signed up. I went all in on what he laid out — Self Leadership, 10.0 Coach, 10X Vision… all gold. When I started, I didn’t even have a free Skool community. We were running everything through Facebook, and I never found much success with ads. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to take the leap to a free skool community — but I’m glad I did. Fast forward to now — we’ve got just under 700 members in our free Skool community. The community is rockin and I'm nurturing leads every day. February had one new client (down payment + monthly installments) and a few resigns. 3k, nothing to be too excited about. Then March hit: $15K CAD in coaching revenue and $13K CAD in supplements I’ve hit $30K months before… but those came with burnout. Exhausted, stressed, and feeling like I’d never be able to repeat it. This time was different. With systems in place — and not sending 100 DMs a day — it felt more structured and sustainable. I spent more time with family than I usually do (which Dan actually encourages), and things are running smoothly. And I have the extra time to work on the supplement business. In past cases I'd only have time to grow one of them. This month: We ran a paid workshop — something Dan suggests doing monthly: $300 USD front-end $10K USD backend I also made my first crypto sale this month — which was one of the paid-in-fulls — and my first USD sale (also PIF). That alone was a pretty cool moment. It broke a mental barrier I’ve had for a long time around pricing and currency. On top of that, I finally made a move I’ve wanted to make for years — I raised my prices by switched from CAD to USD. Two PIF clients = $10K USD (and close to last month in CAD ($14k) revenue for just the coaching side.

I did a VIP day and it changed my life @Dan Harrison! I don’t know if you posted the video I made about the experience right after the experience. It is worth every penny… I’m just so free to bring my business to the next level in a way that nurtures my soul. I recommend these VIP Days to anyone who wants to Launch. 🚀
Want a Claude Code Ai Assistant?
30 days ago I purchased a mac mini and installed openclaw to learn how to really use AI. Mostly I was scared shitless. there were 3 very distinct fears i had to overcome before I felt comfortable "playing" with AI. And since then the landscape has transformed drastically. OpenAi purchased Moltbot (formerly known as clawdbot) Claude released Co-work and then released remote access allowing you to code from your phone with agents. I know that by now claude code is everywhere... and you probrably see it all over your feeds... Learn Ai or die is the vibe... and the truth is... the world is going to look very different in 12-18 months but the fear mongering is a bit much. This is just another revolution, just like the agricultural, industrial and technological... The thing that makes humans awesome is our ability to adapt and learn. This is your invitation to learn... Because if we don't We will be beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists. So I am sharing what I am learning as I learn it in a hopes that it might serve you. If you want the interactive course I am building with claude to help you install a claude code ai assistant onto your computer drop a GIF in the comments and ill tag you when I hit publish
