Want a Claude Code Ai Assistant?
30 days ago I purchased a mac mini and installed openclaw to learn how to really use AI. Mostly I was scared shitless. there were 3 very distinct fears i had to overcome before I felt comfortable "playing" with AI. And since then the landscape has transformed drastically. OpenAi purchased Moltbot (formerly known as clawdbot) Claude released Co-work and then released remote access allowing you to code from your phone with agents. I know that by now claude code is everywhere... and you probrably see it all over your feeds... Learn Ai or die is the vibe... and the truth is... the world is going to look very different in 12-18 months but the fear mongering is a bit much. This is just another revolution, just like the agricultural, industrial and technological... The thing that makes humans awesome is our ability to adapt and learn. This is your invitation to learn... Because if we don't We will be beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists. So I am sharing what I am learning as I learn it in a hopes that it might serve you. If you want the interactive course I am building with claude to help you install a claude code ai assistant onto your computer drop a GIF in the comments and ill tag you when I hit publish

Winning Metrics with Skool
If you pop over to Skoolers, you'll see viral posts over: - "I opened my Skool community and got 100 new members in a week!!" - "I got my first paid member!!" Way to go! Bravo. 🔥 And here's where the real work is as a community host. ENGAGEMENT I have been fixated on this over the last few months. Engagement Metrics: - Daily Activities of 800+ (or for some start up or paid communities 200+) - Past 30 days engagement: 50% or higher - Level 1: Less than 25% in paid communities; less than 50% in free communities How are you driving these metrics in your Skool community?

I’m following @Brenda Rigney. I’m at my first 125 members and while participants in my course are posting, new members aren’t for the most part. I am very interested.

@Irina Aron oh Dan doesn’t do stuff for us in the VIP, he teaches and coaches us. So it’s always in my voice. FYI. And his coaching is EPIC (& I was a pro athlete so I know a lot about great coaches!)
The Death of courses and Info Products ?? (And What Comes Next 👀)
I don’t see many saying this explicitly So I will. “Traditional info products and courses are dying…. If not already dead” Right now, I see brilliant coaches spending months building courses and modules for their skool community that live in someone's "someday" folder. Creating programs where 88% never make it past module two. Packaging expertise into videos and PDFs like it's 2020. And I totally get that. That's exactly what has worked for the last decade. Information = value. Knowledge = transformation. Except it doesn't anymore. Here's what I do see happening in skool: (And I am totally ok to be wrong here I’d love to have a conversation about this ) Great Coaches & teachers keep creating courses like it's 2020. But in the AI and GPTs era we can go beyond just transferring knowledge… we can learn by producing outcomes. GPT Co-pilots don't lecture, like traditional courses… They build the thing with your client. Right there in the session. And while many coaches and consultants are perfecting module seven, The experts who are going to win are using AI & GPT’s to deliver results in real time. If you are doing courses the old way, I believe… Your products will get harder to sell. You will fall behind. Now this is an AWESOME opportunity for those who embrace building their biz with Ai. Because the next 1-3 years belong to experiential learning with GPTs as co-pilots. Not courses. Not information dumps. Actual outcome-producing tools that develop skills while creating deliverables. They are easy to create. Just take everything you know and transform it into an AI-powered tool that creates what your clients paid for. Only 12% of people finish courses anyway. - So why explain copywriting when a GPT can co-write the sales page with them? - Why teach content strategy when a GPT can generate their calendar in the session? - Why deliver information when you can deliver transformation? The absolute best marketing you can create is client wins and client results and

Psychedelic Sickness...
New Years Eve I got sick. Not regular sick. Psychedelic sickness. Mind numbing migraines. Sore throat. A cough that made me fear each breath because of the migraine pain it induced. Fever. Chills. A wisdom tooth decided to lock my jaw shut. My wife joked about my annual "man cold" until she got it 2 days ago and started her own journey through it. This wasn't the start to 2026 I planned. But maybe it was the one I needed? 3 days in bed. Sweaty. Surrendered. All the projects, content, and plans I wanted to build... they waited. Super frustrating. But I was left to sit with the pain, the surrender, and the idea that without health nothing else matters. 🕊️ A cool Spirit Download 10 days before New Years, my wife's family and I wrote down 10 intentions for 2026. We cut them into pieces, crumpled them up, and each day we'd either burn or throw away one piece without looking. Allowing spirit to guide what mattered most. Our #1 focus for 2026 would be revealed on Jan 1st. Want to guess what mine was? Health and body. The day I got sick ur hiLaRIous Spirit. But being grateful for the sickness was my mantra and as a result this sickness had 3 downloads for me that apply to both health and business. /// 1️⃣ Addition by subtraction Before I got sick I was feeling overwhelmed. The sickness forced me to ONLY focus on the few things I could actually do each day. I thought more about this and realized the path forward wasn't about adding. It was about releasing. Removal felt aligned with what my body was already doing during the sickness. Getting rid of things. Purging. I got rid of coffee. 50 Skool communities. Clothes. A load of things on my to-do list. Clutter. Expenses and subscriptions. Plans and expectations. Non-whole foods. All the apps on my phone. I even fully shaved my beard for the first time in 10+ years. I'm not done yet. I can see both in health and business I love to over-complicate things. The first step isn't adding a vision board.

Exactly!!! I had a similar realization that prompted me to Cleanse & Release 2025 so I could Authentically Create 2026. Which is the theme of my first Workshop in my new Skool Community in January. I realized that I can’t build a new year on top of the old - I needed to first energetically release both my disappointments and my accomplishments/learnings of 2025. @Dan Harrison, this energetic cleanse seems to have been forced upon you through your illness. Sometimes that’s part of the purge though, isn’t it?!?! Sounds like the year of the snake 🐍 wasn’t done with your shedding yet!! Thank you for sharing this with all of us. From what I can see, your sickness is also contributing to us in this community through your sharing. ❤️

@Dan Harrison your post also helped me move past something that has been haunting me since yesterday. I too did an exercise where I gave certain what I call “soul goals” over to my guides and angels to guide me forward the year, one of which included the growth of my programs and my Skool Community. Then, yesterday, I received a text from a participant due to start my next program that starts on Tuesday saying he was at a retreat between Christmas and New Year’s and he found the exact path he wants to follow and even train to lead others so he’s dropping out of my program. I found myself SUPER upset… even though logically I knew that it would all work out and it didn’t mean I was failing at what I do. Your post had me see that I can trust my guides and angels have my back since I have them growth of my Skool/Programs to oversee and guide me towards their biggest expression and growth. So I’m giving up that participant, and if he’s to return he will when he does. I’ve just been guided that the community is to growth without him. Thanks!
