Hello beautiful souls! I am starting my coaching business as many of you are and right now I am still a bit new in the relationship coaching niche, even though I have enough experience in a leadership corporate way and proper education, I wanted to ask if there are people in here that would be open to taking someone in for mentoring that perhaps have experience and can help me through this journey as I continue to onboard more clients to my journey, share their experience and help someone capable and willing to learn as to improving peoples lives. I have always believed in building community as one of my main purposes in life and I believe that for healthy communities we need to empower, educate and heal ourselves first individually as to be able to hold more love within ourselves and extend a more sustainable and nourishing love to the ones around us. I believe this world has true impact and specially now on times of global awakening and people being more consciouss, I think this is a great opportunity to chip in on something far greater than what individual effort can achieve by itself. I will be working with minority groups that mirror me (queer, latinx, and adjacent marginalized minorities) as I believe and experience that our out of the norm avatars tend to be much more vulnerable for feeling loss and adrift without proper guidelines on how to find ourselves in this chaotic world. A little over a year ago, this was my first real coaching investment. The kind where you do not really have the money but you commit anyway and figure it out. At that time, I was a full time firefighter, burnt out, running on two to three hours of sleep between shifts, and in a pretty low place mentally, physically, and emotionally. Fast forward to now. My life looks completely different. I went from zero clients to building a business that replaced my income and then some. Not because I am special, but because I applied the frameworks and actually did the work. This post is not a flex. It is appreciation. If I could build this under those conditions, I genuinely believe anyone here can too if they commit to the principles, take action, and stay consistent.
