โœจ LEVEL SEVEN, BABY. โœจ
Huge shoutout to my money girl, @Lisa Drennon, for officially hitting Level 7! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ธ If you donโ€™t know Lisa yet, let me introduce you to the woman who helped me have a better relationship with my money! Itโ€™s nervous system work. It's safety. It's identity. It's the stories we carry in our bodies without even realizing it. And it's strategy! Lisa, the founder and creator of The Smell of Money, has this incredible way of blending practical money strategy with deeper inner work and aromatherapy in a way that justโ€ฆ really fricken works! Like finally unclenching your jaw after years of not realizing you were holding tension there! She doesnโ€™t just teach people how to manage money. She helps people feel safe enough to receive it, hold it and to believe theyโ€™re worthy of more. Watching you level up has been such a 'hell yes!' thing to witness because you lead with heart, raw truth, wisdom, and the kind of energy that makes people take notice! So grateful our paths crossed and so excited to watch the ripple effect of what youโ€™re building continue to expand. ๐ŸŒŠโœจ Go celebrate yourself today, because this milestone is so wildly deserved!!

Did You Leave Your Money At Your Ex's House?....
๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‘๐„๐€๐‹ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งโ€ฆ ๐Ÿค”Do you still know where all your old retirement accounts are? ๐Ÿ’ฐ A lot of people: โ–ช๏ธ changed jobs โ–ช๏ธ got laid off โ–ช๏ธ moved โ–ช๏ธ changed emails โ–ช๏ธ forgot passwords โ–ช๏ธ or never rolled over old 401(k)s โ€ฆand now there may be retirement money sitting somewhere connected to previous employers. I recently learned thereโ€™s actually a searchable database through PBGC that helps people locate certain unclaimed retirement benefits. ๐ŸŒ https://www.pbgc.gov/workers-retirees/find-unclaimed-retirement-benefits/search-unclaimed Honestly, this is one of those things people donโ€™t think about until years later. Especially now with so many layoffs and career changes happening. Definitely worth checking if youโ€™ve worked multiple jobs over the years. ๐Ÿ‘€ And if you know someone who recently lost a job or changed careers, share this with them. They may have retirement money they completely forgot about. One last question... When you find it how are you going to protect it? If you want to learn how just let me know.... Say HOW and I will tell you.๐Ÿ’œ

The Basement Isnโ€™t Full of Boxesโ€ฆ Itโ€™s Full of Decisions | Handling Sentimental Clutter ๐Ÿ“ฆ
At some point, many women wake up and realize theyโ€™ve somehow become not just the keeper of the family memories, but a multi-generational storage facility. What starts as โ€œ๐˜ซ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต ๐˜ข ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ดโ€ slowly turns into bins of holiday decorations, handwritten recipes, old photographs, furniture nobody has room for, and boxes that havenโ€™t been opened in years because the emotions attached to them are heavier than the boxes themselves. Thatโ€™s the part nobody really prepares you for. Sentimental clutter is different from everyday clutter because it carries stories, identities, relationships, memories, grief, and guilt. Sometimes we hold onto things because they remind us of people we loved. Sometimes we keep them because weโ€™re afraid that letting go means losing the memory itself. And sometimes we simply donโ€™t know what we are โ€œallowedโ€ to release without feeling like the family villain. Inside The Grown Girlsโ€™ Table, we are starting honest conversations around the emotional weight of inherited belongings and how to navigate sentimental clutter with more peace and less guilt. This isnโ€™t about becoming a minimalist or sending your entire family history to Goodwill. It is about finding meaningful ways to decide what truly matters, what can be passed on or released without guilt. Memories deserve to be honored, but that doesnโ€™t mean you have to keep every single object forever. We believe there can be peace in what we keep, peace in what we pass on, and even peace in what we finally let go of. If youโ€™ve ever stood in front of a closet, basement, attic, or storage unit thinking, โ€œWhere do I even begin with all of this?โ€ weโ€™d love to welcome you into the conversation inside ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป ๐—š๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—น๐˜€โ€™ ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ. ๐Ÿ’› And weโ€™d love to hear from you below: What is one physical item, box, or inherited belonging that makes your chest tight every time you think about having to make a decision about it?

I am decluttering as we speak! I have a few sentimental items left from my mom and grandpa. I am ready to let them go. They no longer serve me and the life I am becoming. What I do is ask my sister if she wants them, she usually does. She can hoard her house LOL.
Today Iโ€™m celebrating something pretty personalโ€ฆ
โœจ 3 years sober โœจ 3 years alcohol-free โœจ 3 years with a much cleaner, clearer mind I donโ€™t think I realized just how much mental fog I was living in until it finally started lifting. These last few years have changed me in more ways than I can explain. More clarity, more drive, more peace, more presence... more LIFE! And while it wasn't always been easyโ€ฆ itโ€™s absolutely been worth it. So today Iโ€™m celebrating that. ๐Ÿ’› And I think we should ALL be celebrating something. Big or small. Personal or professional. Quiet or loud! Let's celebrate together! ๐Ÿ‘‡ What are YOU celebrating today?
