Not through punishment workouts or by surviving on lettuce and water. And not by pretending their bodies haven't changed. Practical fitness, support and a community of women who are ready to redefine themselves in their 50s. Turning 50 doesn't mean your story is winding down. First... HOLY SCHNIKEYS!!!
