Paid Ads tips needed!!!
So i have spent $3200 on paid ads to get leads for my own agency ( Residential painting niche), I have only made back $2800 from it. I have done it for the past 6 months (Obviously i paused the ads sometimes) I had $30/daily for the adset. Got a shit ton of leads but they were all extremely poor quality (Solo traders who just wanted free work or didn't have money to invest or didn't even speak english). I added 3 qualifiying questions in the instant form but kept getting the same kind of people. 1. Do you own a painting business? 2. Do you have any intentions of growing it? 3. Are you able to invest Money into marketing your business? These are my the current ads, Any suggestions on what i could change? Maybe put myself infront of the camera? or hire some dude to talk? any tips would be helpful

yeah try out different type of creatives as it might be just attracts the wrong type of people. Do a completly new campaign, maybe even with detailed targeting and isolate it this way, so FB has to find a new audience
Looking for a partner
I wanted to share an idea with you that could help both of us grow professionally. I’m a full-stack developer with 7 years of experience building production-level web apps (React, Next.js, Node, TypeScript, etc.). I’m confident in my technical skills, but I often face challenges getting hired—mainly due to timezone and language barriers when dealing directly with international clients. That gave me an idea: what if we partner together? You’d use your profile and communication skills to talk to clients, pitch projects, or apply for jobs. I’d handle the development work in the background. you stay in full control, and we just split the work and profit fairly. It’s like having a silent tech partner who delivers results while you manage the client side. If this sounds interesting, I’d love to talk more about how it could work. Thanks for considering!

Yeah sounds awesome for people here. But most of biz owner in here are just doing marketing and won't be that big so they would need a full hand tech guy for their stuff.
Team work!!!
What if we all shared our sop's to build the best sop's? I'm in the roofing niche and just signed my first client, I'll drop mine below once I'm finished. When you drop your SOP say what it is for, who you work with, and what you offer.

Great Idea tho, on mainy of my SOP is personal or Client related stuff and stuff only I understand in my agency but would be awesome to have a sop hub in here
Uncle Jimmy, Does It Really Work to Build a Cold Calling Team Overseas on Commission?
Hey @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell I see a lot of agency owners trying to hire people from places like the Philippines, India, Africa, etc. The logic is that these reps speak good English, have a decent accent, and can hold a conversation. But here’s the concern: - Does it actually make sense to hire and train them for cold calling if they’re only on commission? - Cold calling is tough — business owners get calls daily, and just following a script with good English isn’t enough. - Motivation can drop quickly, and if they quit, all the time and training invested goes to waste. So, what’s your take?👉 Does this model even work long term?👉 How would you approach building a reliable cold calling team?
