Using 'Report to Admins' for GOOD! 🙌🏼
We're all about celebrating people here in the R2W community. So I've decided to 'hack' the group rules and post reporting process to allow you to report a post/comment as awesome or brag on someone. 💪🏼 Here's how it works: - You see an awesome / helpful / big-brain comment or post from someone - Click on the 'three dots' at the top right of the comment or post - Click 'Report to Admins' - Pick the right option and submit! Check out the photo attached for an example 💪🏼 - "Supportive Super Star" = This person is consistently awesome and helps a bunch of people - "This deserves a GOLD STAR" = Post is awesome and needs to be bragged on 🙌🏼 - "You need to see this..." = You think my eyes should see this post. For reasons from bragging on someone to helping keep the community safe and clean from bots/spam/sales/jerks. I'll be coming up with some awards for the people that get bragged on consistently 👍🏼 Time to go brag on your people!

Understood. I will no longer be posting here, as it seems my contributions are being misinterpreted and labeled as self-serving. I have been freely offering help to the members of this group, sharing knowledge, and assisting where I cannot for personal gain but to contribute value. However, if members request services that go beyond what I can provide for free, I believe it is reasonable to address such requests professionally. If this approach is unacceptable, I understand if you prefer, I stop participating entirely or if you choose to remove me from the group. That said, I truly believe my contributions have been beneficial to the group, and it would be unfortunate for this to be overlooked

@Blake Choisnet Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and support—it really means a lot to me. I genuinely appreciate this group and its mission to help people learn and grow, and I want to ensure that I continue to contribute positively to this community. I understand the importance of keeping this space focused on free support and learning. That said, I’d love to know if there’s a way or place where I could share additional resources or paid offerings for those who might be interested, without it clashing with the group's purpose. I value this community and want to ensure my actions align with its goals while also respecting the boundaries set for its members. Thank you again for your encouragement, and I look forward to continuing to support and learn alongside everyone here!
Try doing this
I’m glad this feels better to you! To transition away from the gold star system while still celebrating and empowering contributors, here are some ways you could offer mentorship or training opportunities in the group: 1. Mentorship Badges or Tiers: Instead of a gold star, members who actively mentor or train others could receive badges or be placed in tiers like "Certified Mentor" or "Expert Trainer." These can be prominently displayed in their profiles or next to their names in the group. 2. Mentorship Matching Program: Offer a structured way for group members to connect with mentors. For example, admins could create a form for mentors and mentees to fill out, matching people based on their needs and expertise. 3. Exclusive Mentorship Lounge: Create a dedicated space (like a private thread or chat) where mentors can share advice, post resources, or host discussions with their mentees. 4. Spotlight Features: Regularly showcase mentors and trainers in the group by highlighting their contributions, sharing their tips, or interviewing them about their expertise. 5. Progress Recognition: Implement a system where mentees can share their progress and achievements, directly crediting the support they received from their mentors or trainers. 6. Custom Digital Certificates: Introduce certificates or virtual trophies for recognized mentors or trainers, which they can use to showcase their contributions to the group. Would you like to refine any of these ideas, or do you have additional thoughts on how the group might implement them effectively? Let’s build out a plan that gets everyone excited!
