Well I do need money I’ve actually had given up on wholesale real estate months ago because I tried partnering with someone who I thought would take me under their wing and help me land my first deal but they wasn’t showing me nothing or helping me understand the wholesaling business part of real estate so I just left it alone and then I kept seeing all of this ai stuff where you have to buy this system and it will connect you with investor leads but you gotta pay this amount of money for it and I’m like who has that amount of money just layed up in a bank to buy these systems so I saw this free class so I said let me see what this is about maybe just maybe I’ll get some where with this 🤷🏾‍♂️
