I was scheduled to host my regular QiGong movement practice this evening at 5 pm PST, but I am unfortunately going to need to reschedule the session. Between last week's training, travel on Monday, and immediately dropping into the online training and client calls this week, I'm running on empty, and I'd rather be honest about that than show up and hold space at half capacity. That's not fair to you or to the practice. So I'm taking tonight to actually rest and let my body recover. We'll instead meet next Thursday, August 20th at 5pm for the session.
