Self Practice 159
Today I noticed anxiety which began tightening muscles in my jaw. I asked myself why and realized anticipatory anxiety. I reminded myself I was safe and the environment was not a threat. I came home and little things that should not bring on frustration did and I knew self practice was what I needed. I’m grateful for it and opened space for my breath and relaxing.

That kind of noticing, from jaw tension to the deeper layer of anticipatory anxiety, takes real presence. The way you paused, reminded yourself of safety, and then turned toward self-practice is such a grounded response. Those "little things" can feel so big when our system’s already on edge. Beautiful that you gave yourself space to soften and breathe through it.
Hello Everyone
I am so excited about being part of this community, I'm starting the online training next month and attending the in person training in November.

So good to have you here! Starting with the online training and then moving into the in-person work sounds like such a solid path. Each brings its own depth and insights, can’t wait to hear what unfolds for you as you step in.

Today I noticed a lack of patience in myself around upper back and neck progress. I knew I needed to work to open more space around being patient with myself. I thought about improvements I’ve experienced and how far I have come. The breath Was then helpful in calming my inner world.

This feels like such a real moment of self-awareness, noticing the impatience, but then consciously choosing to meet it with perspective and space. That shift toward remembering your progress is powerful, especially when the body feels stuck. It’s beautiful how the breath supported you once you reconnected with that wider view.
The Breath
Today I decided to be more aware of my breath and I noticed it was shallow, I thought if my breath could talk what would it say? The thought that immediately popped in was I'm tired! What would your breath say?

Such an honest moment, noticing the shallowness, then hearing "I’m tired," speaks volumes. There’s something really grounding about letting your breath speak for you. I wonder what it might need from you next, now that it’s had a chance to be heard.
Self Practice 161
Today I focused on opening up space for safety. Safety around expanding my business and in areas of personal life. Then through the process I realized that trust in myself is what I’ve been searching for but have thought I needed safety.

What a meaningful shift, recognizing that the foundation of safety starts with self-trust is a huge step. That kind of awareness can change how you approach both your personal and professional growth.
