evyAI Forums are Forming! (Mini Groups Meet Monthly 6-8 people)
We are testing out 6 new forums for evyAI members that want to meet regularly to get to know each other and go deeper with each other and help each others businesses out. We have 6 people who volunteered to be moderators. - @Deborah Kaminetzky - @Steven Greene - @Mindy Stern - @Marlene Sidon - @Rick Kloete - @Carlos Garrido If you want to be a member of a forum, let us know or reach out to a moderator and you may be placed in a forum. What is a forum? Its a group that meets once a month for about 3 hours and they reivew each others businesses and support each other deeply both on Linkedin and in life. Imagine 8 people thinking about your each month for 3 hours and connecting deeply with you. Its a powerful way to stay accountable, engaged and go deeper with members in our community. The key is that everyone is highly engaged on LinkedIn and wants to network and build relationships. Would you like to be a member of a forum? Let us know in the comments please.

A Survey WORTH Doing!
As HR professionals, we train, onboard, support, and recognize employees, but do they feel worthy? Hi everyone! As Clifford mentioned at our Monday posting party, we are trying to gather data and assess how worthy you feel at work, not just how productive or successful, but how genuinely seen, safe, valued, and motivated you are. Please take a moment to complete this confidential survey to determine your Worthyness Score. We will aggregate the results and share them with the participants. There are no wrong answers, just honest ones! Thank you for your participation. There are no wrong answers, just honest ones! Thank you for your participation! https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/ORM4GF

How do deal with a prospect that is ghosting you?
When you message someone and they DO NOT RESPOND after they showed interest, do not stress.. They are just busy with other things in their life and when its a priority, they will come back. Keep finding ways to follow up in a creative way without sounding desperate. Here are 10 things you can do to follow up with someone who is ghosting you. 1. Comment on their content and add value by making them look good. Do this on their company page too. 2. Endorse them for skills they have on their profile and leave them a recommendation if you feel like you want to add value to them. 3. Become friends with their friends and connections and engage with them creating Fomo 4. Tag them in a post and talk about them IN A POSITIVE WAY (People notice this) 5. Greet them with happy holidays, good wishes, etc. 6. Send them a helpful insight about something they may care about. 7. Send them a message mentioning something that will peak their curiosity.. (OMG, you wont believe who mentioned your name to me... ) 8. Connect with other people in their company and build a relationship around them to find opportunity inside their company without bothering them. 9. Send them an invite to a special event but dont give them all the info upfront.. (I am attending a special event with top CEOs in NYC, thought you might want to join as my guest, I have one spot open, wanna join?) 10. Send them a powerful resource that you know is aligned with what their goals are and track to see if they open it. If they do not open it, they are likely not paying attention to communication you are sending so move on to other forms of communication or let this one go. Hope you found this helpful.

This is a great approach, @Joe Apfelbaum ! And we never know what's going on in their world that may be preventing them from responding. More times than not, I've found that there was a really good reason. I just dust off any hurt and find a new target.
