Recipe Hack
If you don’t follow Makayla Thomas Fit on social media, you are missing out! I get the best yummy/healthy recipes from her. She also has some cookbooks for purchase that are AMAZING! As someone who REALLY loves food, her yummy, fun, but still healthy recipes are a win for me! I made these for breakfast prep this week and love them.

Wins!
Today was a hard mental health day, just letting my emotions get the best of me. It happens, we are human, not robots. I share this not for pity for to see you in me and vice versa. We will never be able to walk in each others shoes but the more openly US we can each be, the better the each other can show up and move through the emotions. So my win is getting all my 75 Hard tasks done though my attitude was poo poo today. Let’s hear your win!! Big or small or hey, share your struggles, I bet you’ll feel better, I certainly do.

Right there with you! Lack of sleep and girlie girl still feeling rough has really put me in a mood today. Tomorrow is a new day though lol

@Ashlynn Dohman got a muchhh better night of sleep and im much happier today 😂
Egg Salad
My friend told me to try this and I LOVED IT! If you like egg salad this is for you! Take 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, add as much mustard as you like, salt/pepper, etc. and it tastes JUST like egg salad, but with more protein and less calories because no mayo! I did regular mustard and a little Dijon mustard. Super pumped to have another sneaky way to get my protein in 😂
75 Soft
Some friends and I from work are planning to start 75 soft on January 1! If any of you have any tips/tricks/trackers you’ve used for 75 soft/hard, throw them at me! Really hoping to be successful with this!!!

Oh and if anyone else is working on better social media/cell phone/scrolling habits the app “Opal” seems great to help with this!
Whatcha reading?
Reading has always been a struggle for me. I’m not the most consistent, but every time I actually sit down with a book, I feel more grounded, calm, and fulfilled. So I’m recommitting to the habit—phone charging outside the bedroom, and books + my prayer journal as the first thing I reach for in the morning. Endure by Cam Hanes was such a great read, so I picked up his new one, Undeniable, and I’m excited to dive in. And after David shared a quote from The Quest of the Simple Life, I had to grab that one too. Making time for the things that fill your cup isn’t always comfortable or easy—but it’s worth it. Reading reminds me of that every time. Thrive > Survive

Just started “I Just Wish I Had a Bigger Kitchen: And Other Lies I Think Will Make Me Happy” Loving it so far and highly recommend for those of us who often struggle with comparison stealing our joy.
