75 Day Challenge 2.0 Starts Today
Today is Friday October 18th 2024. In 75 Days you could be in the Best Shape of your Life but it will be hard and uncomfortable. This will not only transform you entire body it will Transform you entire life because for 75 days you will get out of your Comfort Zone and Finally Do What you have been promising yourself you would do for years. For 75 Days - Excuses Stop - We will go to bed early every night, write down the 1 Big Thing we have to do the next day and send it to your accountability friend that will hold you accountable to doing the One Important and Hard Thing every morning, We will wake up before the sun and immediately get our daily workout and complete it before our friends, family and kids wake up. We will eliminate breakfast and all of the bad daily habits (like night-time eating) and more than 2 hours of Regrettable Screen Time, and replace it with Walking 10,000 steps per day. Even two daily brisk 30 minute walks can be the difference between fat and fit. You got this and all you have to do is login daily to watch a very short video to keep you motivated, educated and on track. Cant wait to see your results weekly in private WhatsApp group. Miracles are happening Team 75 My Mom was born in 1946 and has never really exercised or worked out in her entire life. My entire life my Mom has been overweight. This year she lost 30 pounds for the first time in her life. Yesterday I took my Mom to Upgrade Labs in Oakville. www.upgradelabs.com This is worlds leading Bio-Hacking gym. You start your workout with Cryotherapy by them putting you in a Cold Chamber and they freeze your entire body at -175 degrees for 3 minutes. It’s as if Space X created a gym for its astronauts so I decided to show my Mom what I am doing. I thought she would be scared of it because I know most of my friends are. She signed up and I am taking her today for our first workout together of our entire lives today!!! We never know who we are inspiring in our lives. Going Dark - No More Distractions until June 21st
Yesterday I removed all added Sugar from my diet. Removed the most addictive Apps from my phone. These same Social Media Apps also spy on us 24/7: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Messenger and Snapchat. Today I have turned off all Notifications from my phone and computers. No Social Media Apps and No More Notifications. Trying to Remove all Distractions between now and June 21st to hit my goals both professionally and physically. What Bad Habits are you removing the Final 29 days? Can’t want to see your results at the Victory Party on Saturday June 22nd in Elmira at Mark Organ’s estate for picture day!
