Miracles are happening Team 75
My Mom was born in 1946 and has never really exercised or worked out in her entire life.
My entire life my Mom has been overweight.
This year she lost 30 pounds for the first time in her life.
Yesterday I took my Mom to Upgrade Labs in Oakville.

It’s as if Space X created a gym for its astronauts so I decided to show my Mom what I am doing.
I thought she would be scared of it because I know most of my friends are.
