Yesterday I removed all added Sugar from my diet. Removed the most addictive Apps from my phone. These same Social Media Apps also spy on us 24/7: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Messenger and Snapchat.
Today I have turned off all Notifications from my phone and computers. No Social Media Apps and No More Notifications. Trying to Remove all Distractions between now and June 21st to hit my goals both professionally and physically.
