Walking for health
So for my challenge I chose walking. Why? Because it is the easiest for me to sneak in cause my life is chaos right now. On day 5 of a migraine and trying to do normal workouts is a recipe for disaster.
Today my middle kid threw up at 2 am so now the both of us are at the doctor's and I have the baby. So I am gonna be strolling us around while we wait and in case we get meds at the store.
