Last week, I found myself discouraged because my workouts weren’t perfect. I was so focused on what I didn’t accomplish that I almost missed what God was teaching me.
God’s grace reminds me that He never expected perfection from me. He knows my weaknesses, yet He still loves me, strengthens me, and gently guides me back instead of condemning me.
This week, instead of trying to force a plan that wasn’t working, I’ve been trusting God to help me find what does work for me. I’ve been back at the gym, taking it one day at a time, and believing that He will lead me through this journey. I’m learning that faith isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about trusting God enough to take the next step, knowing His grace is there when I fall short.
